AGRICULTURAL MINISTER REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

ABOUT
AGRICULTURAL FIELD SCHOOL GUIDELINES
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order of empowerment for officers and main perpetrators of agricultural activities, efforts have been made among other things with educational and training models through the Integrated Hama Control Field School (SL-PHT);
B. that in its development on the subsectors of food crops, horticulture, plantations and farms have conducted Field School through training in the areas of technology on farm and off farm;
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a, letter b, and that in the development and application of the School School training model can be systematically, and measurable, need to establish the Agricultural Field School Guidelines;
Given: 1. Law No. 8 of 1974 on the PoyPokok Keemployers (State Gazette of the Republic of indonesia Year 1974 Number 55, Additional Gazette of the Republic of indonesia Number 3041) juncto Act No. 43 of 1999 (State Sheet of the Republic of indonesia 1999 No. 169, Additional Gazette of the Republic of indonesia Number 3890);

3. Act Number 16 Year 2006 on Agricultural System of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (sheet State of the Republic of indonesia Year 2006 Number 92, Additional Sheet of State of the Republic of indonesia Number 4660);

8. Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State juncto Regulation No. 92 of 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of indonesia 2011 Number 142);
9. Agriculture Minister Regulation Number 61 /Permentan/ OT.140/10/2010 on the Organization and Work Order of the Ministry of Agriculture;
Ten. Regulation of Agriculture Minister Number 49 /Permanent/OT.140/9/2011 on Educational Guidelines and Training and Non-Aparregulated Agriculture Training;
DECIDED:
establish: AGRICULTURAL MINISTER REGULATIONS ON AGRICULTURAL FIELD SCHOOL GUIDELINES.
Article 1
The Farm Field School Guidelines as listed in the Attachment are an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Article 2
Guidelines as referred to in Article 1 as the basis for the implementation of the Agricultural Field School.
Article 3
(1) Implementation Of Agricultural Field School Guidelines is technically further set by the Chairman of the Eselon I work unit concerned.
(2) Execution as referred to in paragraph (1) is set in the form of a Decision.
Section 4
These rules begin to apply on the date of the promulctest.
