ABOUT
GOOD FLORICLTURA CULTIVATION GUIDELINE
(GOOD AGRICULTURE PRACTICES FOR FLORICULTURE)
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: a.that to guarantee the quality and improve the competuation of the floricltura plant products and provide protection to the community against aspects of environmental sustainability required for reference in production and handling harvest;
B. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, and to follow up the mandate of Article 65 and Section 68 of the Law No. 13 of the Year 2010 on the Horticulture juncto Section 4 of the Government Regulation No. 28 Year 2004 on Security, Quality and Gizi Food, need to establish the Good Agriculture Practices for Floricultureguidelines;

DECIDED:
Setting: AGRICULTURE MINISTER REGULATION ON THE CULTIVATION GUIDELINES OF GOOD FLORICULTURE (GOOD AGRICULTURE PRACTICES FOR FLORICULTURE).
Article 1
(1) The Good Agriculture Practices for Floriculture) as set forth in Annex I which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
(2) Good Agriculture Practices for Floriculture) as the basis for implementation of the application of land registration in the cultivation of good floriculture plants.
(3) Tata means the registration of Land Cultivation Of The Cultivation Of Good Floricltura Crops as set forth in Annex II which is an inseparable part of this Regulation.
Article 2
(1) The Application Of The Cultivation Of Good Floricltura Plants is carried out by horticultural perpetrators.
(2) The perpetrator as referred to in paragraph (1) is preferred which has made a partnership with the exporter, modern market, industry and/or who has received the assistance/commodity development facilities of the Government and/or County Government.
Article 3
This rule is entered into effect on the date of the promulctest.
