up the implementation of the Circular Letter as referred to in paragraph (1), then to:
a. The Secretary of the Inspectorate General delivers the Circular Letter to the Leadership of the Eselon II Working Unit in the Environment Inspectorate General, to compile and submit the Performance Accountability Report to the Inspector General;
B. The Secretary of the Directorate General delivers the Circular Letter to the Leadership of the Eselon II Working Unit and the related Mandiri Working Unit, to compile and submit the Performance Accountability Report to the Director General concerned;
C. The Secretary of the Agency delivers the Circular Letter to the Eselon Working Unit II and the related Mandiri Working Unit, to compile and submit the Performance Accountability Report to the Head of the Board in question;
D. Head of the Planning Bureau delivers the Circular Letter to the Leadership of the Eselon II Working Unit in the Environment Secretariat General to assemble and submit the Performance Accountability Report to the Secretary General.

Performance Accountability Report
Section 23
A report of the Performance Accountability Unit of Work in the Environment Ministry's Environment as referred to in Article 21, delivered in a 4 (four), and accompanied by
softcopy in the form of the
Compact Disk (CD).
Section 24
(1) The Performance Accountability Report of the Ministry of Transportation, distributed with the following provisions:
a. The Original Performance Accountability Report was submitted to the Minister, and delivered the President through the Minister of State of the State of Apartheid and the bureaucratic Reform;
B. Copy of the Performance Accountability, 1 (one) of each document submitted to the Inspector General, the Secretary General, the Director General, and the Chiefs of the Agency in the Environment Ministry of Transportation;
C. Copy of Performance Accountability, 1 (one) document delivered to the Chief Planning Bureau of Ministry of Transportation for the Archives of the Ministry of Transportation.
(2) The Job Unit Performance Accountability Report, distributed with the following provisions:
a. The Original Performance Accountability Report was delivered to the Minister, the Secretary General and the Inspector General;
B. Copy of the Performance Accountability Report, 1 (one) of each document submitted to the Inspector General, the Secretary General, the Director General, and the Chiefs of the Agency in the Environment Ministry of Transportation;
C. Performance of the Performance Accountability Report, 1 (one) of the documents for the Archive of the Working Unit in question.
BAB V
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 25
At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into effect, then Regulation Minister Perrelations Number PM. 86 of 2010 on the Guidelines Drafting Accountability of Performance Accountability in the Ministry of Transportation Environment, revoked and declared not applicable.
Section 26
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.

(2) The Performance Accountability Report as referred to in paragraph (1), using the Format as set forth in Annex III which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Article 20
(1) The Performance Accountability Report is created in the form of a spiral-bound Document, with a face cover and back cover made of cardboard.
(2) On the front cover of the Top, listed the Arms Ministry with the title line “a performance accountability report ” with the big letter, by using the Format example as set forth in Annex IV which is an inseparable part of this Minister ' s Regulation.
(3) typed report using ARIAL 11, spacing 1.5 using HVS 80 gram paper white.
(4) The size of the paper used is A4.
Fourth Quarter
Time and Procedure of the Performance Accountability Report
Section 21
The final deadline of the submission of the Performance Accountability Report is as follows:
a. The Performance Accountability Report of the entire Eselon Level II Working Unit and the Mandiri Working Unit is submitted to the Secretary General and the Leadership of the Eselon I Working Unit as Direct Atasan, no later than 15 January of the year. next;
b. The Performance Accountability Report of the entire Eselon Level Working Unit is submitted to the Minister, no later than the next 15 February of the following year;
c. The Ministry of Transportation Performance Accountability Report of the Minister is delivered to the President through the Minister of State of the State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms, no later than the next 15 months of March the following year.
Section 22
(1) At the end of the year the Secretary General delivers the Circular Letter to the entire Leadership Unit of Eselon I to compose and submit the Performance Accountability Report to the Minister with a gust to the Secretary General.
