Section 2
(1) To organize the religious activities of Tegal Port, Central Java Province which includes the service of the ministry of divinity, the implementation of economic activities, and other governments as well as the development of the areal. The land area is 121,4035 Ha and the water area is 11,8663 Ha.
(2) The need of mainland areal as referred to in paragraph (1), consists of:
a.   The ecsisting land of Tegal Port, Central Java province of 113,0365 Ha consists of:
1. A 1980 concrete dock of 0.132 Ha;
2. Pier 2 of 0.26 Ha;
3. People ' s cruise concrete dock of 1996 over 0.1 Ha;
4. A buildup facility of 0.084 Ha;
5. Field buildup of line I area of 0.28 Ha;
6. Land land area of 112 Ha;
7. The building is 0.097 Ha;
8. buildings of the mosque and office in 1996 of 0.0835 Ha.
B.   the mainland for the development of Tegal Port, the Central Java Province of 8,367 Ha consists of:
1. First stage reclamation of 1,352 Ha;
2. general cargo dock of 0.028 Ha;
3. trestle general cargo of 0.024 Ha;
4. port office of 0.03 Ha;
5. A genset warehouse of 0.012 Ha;
6. The general cargo site of 0.04 Ha;
7. The ship ' s oil fuel services facility is 0.036 Ha;
8. ship water service facilities of 0.036 Ha;
9. A waste processing facility is 0.036 Ha;
10. The reinstatement of the development area is 0.3155 Ha;
11. construction talud area of 0.0405 Ha;
12. Reclamation the second stage of 3,336 Ha;
13. The expansion of the development area is 3,081 Ha.
(3) The need of an areal waters of Port Tegal, Central Java Province as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a.  areal sandar ships of 0.4269 Ha;
B.  Labuh area wait area of 0.6858 Ha;
c. area of load area of 1.7871 Ha;
D.  the dead ship area of 1,7871 Ha;
e.  The emergency state area is 3.5897 Ha;
f.   The experimental area is 3,5897 Ha.

Article 3
The boundary needs of land land and water areal as referred to in Article 2, described by the line linking coordinates points as set forth in the Document Document inseparable from the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation this.

BAB III
CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE FACILITY
Section 4
(1) The development and development plan of the Port of Tegal, Central Java Province to meet the needs of the ministry of divinity is carried out based on the development of sea freight, as follows:

Section 5
The Path plan and the Detailed Engineering Plan for the implementation of the construction and development of the port facility are authorized by the Director General.

Section 6
The development and development of port facilities is implemented by considering the priority of the funding needs and funding capabilities as per the provisions of the laws.

Section 7
The implementation of the construction and development of a port facility as referred to in Article 4, is mandatory with considering environmental aspects, in the following area with environmental studies.

BAB IV
LAND USE AND UTILIZATION
Section 8
Plan of use and use of land for the purpose of improving the ministry of divinity, implementation of government activities and other economic activities as well as the development of Port of Tegal, Central Java Province as listed in The annex is an inseparable part of this Minister ' s Regulation.

Section 9

Article 10
The Director General conducts oversight of the implementation of this Minister ' s Regulation.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 11
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.

establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF PERRELATIONS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE MASTER PLAN OF TEGAL PORT OF CENTRAL JAVA PROVINCE.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In Regulation of this Minister referred to:
1. Port is a place consisting of land and/or water with certain boundaries as a place of government activities and enterprise activities used as a place where ships lean, ride down passengers and/or unload. Goods, terminals and ship berths are equipped with cruise safety and cruise security facilities and port support activities and as an intra-and inter-mode transport facility.
2. The divinity is everything related to the execution of the port functions to support the flow, security, and order of the traffic flow, passengers, and/or goods, safety and security of the sailing, the intra displacement. and/or intermode as well as encourage the national economy and regions with regard to the region ' s spatial layout.
3. Tegal Port Master Plan to further be called the Master Plan is the Tegal Port development guideline which includes the overall needs and use of the mainland as well as the waters for the activities of the port and the port-support activities with regard to technical aspects, security defense, cultural social as well as other related aspects.
4. The Tapak Plan is an advanced process of the Tegal Port Master Plan which includes a technical and conceptual port layout design, perpetuating any land function, building tenure and the technical plan of any of its elements. which is equipped with a technical conception of the building, its facilities and its infrastructure.
5. Terinci Technical Plan is a detailed definition of the tread plan as the basis for the construction activities of the Port of Tegal which includes drawings and technical specifications of buildings, facilities and infrastructure including the structure of the building and its materials.
6. Director General is Director General of Marine Relations.
