SURABAYA CRUISE POLITEKNIK ORGANIZATION AND LAYOUT


WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF PERRELATIONS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that in order to prepare and meet the needs of skilled human resources and experts in the field of shipping, it needs to be supported by the higher education institutions of the cruise in the field of adequate shipping;
B.  that the Surabaya School of Education and Training Hall has had an adequate capacity to develop into a Polytechnic that organizes vocational higher education in the field of shipping;

Establish: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RELATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE MINISTRY OF THE SURABAYA SEAFARERS.

BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION
Section 1

Article 2

BAB II
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
The First Part
General
Section 4
(1) The Surabaya Shipping Poltek consists of:
a. Director and Associate Director;
B. Senate;
C. The Board of truss;
D. Quality Management Representative;
e. Major;
f.   Center for Research and Engagement to the Society;
G. Mental, Moral, and Mental Coaching Centers;
h. Subsections of the Academic and Ketarunaan Administration;
i.   Financial subsections and General Administration;
J.   Lecturer Groups and Other Functional Posts; and

Second Part
Director and Associate Director
Section 5
The director is a teaching force who was given additional task leading the execution of the Surabaya-cruise Poltek task.

Section 6
(1) In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 5, the Director is assisted by 3 (three) persons of the Director who is responsible to the Director.
(2) The Associate Director consists of:
a. Assistant Director of Academic Field, hench’ s next called Associate Director I;
B. Assistant Director of the Field of General Administration and Finance, who is next called the Associate Director II; and
C. Assistant Director of the Field of Ketarunaan and Alumni, who is next called the Associate Director III.

Section 7
(1) Associate Director I is a teaching personnel who is given additional tasks assisting the Director in leading the implementation of academic administration activities, research and devotion to the community, quality management as well as power coaching Educators and educators.
(2) Associate Director II is a teaching workforce who is given additional tasks assisting the Director in leading the implementation of activities in finance, general administration, and vocational education cooperation.
(3) Associate Director III is a teaching workforce who is given additional tasks assisting the Director in leading the implementation of the administrative coaching activities, students, and alumni as well as mental, moral and religious coaching.

Third Part
Senate
Section 8
The Senate is the normative body and the highest representative of the Surabaya Shipping, will be governed by the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation regarding the Statute of the Poltek Voyage of Surabaya.

Fourth Quarter

Section 9

The Center for Research and Community Engagement
Section 14
(1) The Center for Research and Engagement to the Society is the academic managing element of the Surabaya Shipping in the field of research and devotion to the community.

The Center for Mental, Moral, and Mental Coaching
Section 15
(1) The Centre for Mental Development, Moral and Inclusion has the task of carrying out mental, moral, and religious coaching activities.
(2) The Center for Mental, Moral, and Mental Coaching Centers as referred to in paragraph (1), led by a Chief who is below and is responsible to the Director who is in day-to-day coaching done by the Maid Director III.
(3) In carrying out the task, Head of the Mental Coaching Center, Moral and Inclusion is assisted by the Secretary.

Academic and Ketarunaan Administrative Subsections
Section 16

Section 27
(1) The Dosen Group as referred to in Article 26, consists of a number of faculty members, which are divided into groups according to the field of expertise.
(2) Each lecturer group is led by a coordinator set by the Director.
(3) The number of lecturers is determined according to the needs and workload.
(4) The type and level of the lecturer are set under the terms of the Laws.

Section 28
Another functional office group has the task of performing activities in accordance with their respective functional positions under the terms of the laws.

Article 29

WORK LAYOUT

TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 44

OTHER PROVISIONS
Section 46

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 48
