CHANGES TO THE FINANCE MINISTER ' S REGULATION
NUMBER 207 /PMK.07/ 2012 ABOUT ESTIMATED FUND ALLOCATION FOR
RESULTS OF THE 2013 BUDGET YEAR FISHERY RESOURCE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to implement the provisions of Article 27 paragraph (5) of the Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balance Fund has been established the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 207 /PMK.07/ 2012 on the Estimation of the Alocation of the Fund for the Natural Resources Results of the Fisheries Year of Budget 2013;
B. that in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 paragraph 10 of the Law Number 19 of 2012 on the State Budget and Budget of the Budget Year 2013 as amended by Act No. 15 of 2013, in terms of the remainder of the realization The receipts that have not been made to the effect have not been identified with the producing area, the Finance Minister put the rest of the receipts referred to as reserve funds in the Government accounts;
c. that in connection with a change in the estimated admission of the Natural Resources of the 2013 Budget Year of the Budget, it needs to be made a change in the estimated allocation of the Fund for the Natural Resources of the Budget Year 2013.
D. that based on consideration as indicated in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish the Finance Minister's Regulation on the Changes to the Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 207 /PMK.07/ 2012 on the Estimation of the Alocation of the Funds For the Source Results Natural Resources of the Budget Year 2013;
Remembering: 1. Law No. 19 of 2012 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of the 2013 Budget (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 228, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5361) as amended by Law Number 15 Of The Year 2013 (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2013 Number 108, Additional Leaf Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 5426);
2. Finance Minister Regulation Number 207 /PMK.07/ 2012 on Estimated Alocation of Funds For the Natural Resources Results of the 2013 Budget Year of Budget;
DECIDED:
Establish: FINANCIAL MINISTER REGULATION ON CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTERS NUMBER 207 /PMK.07/ 2012 ABOUT ESTIMATED ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE NATURAL RESOURCES RESULTS OF THE 2013 BUDGET YEAR FISHERIES.
Section 1
The provisions of Article 1 in the Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 207 /PMK.07/ 2012 on the Estimation of the Alocation of the Fund for the Natural Resources Results of the 2013 Budget Year were changed so that it reads as follows:
Section 1
(1) Estimation of the allocation of the Fund for Natural Resources (DBH SDA) Fisheries of the Budget Year 2013 is based on the estimated receipt of Natural Resources of the Year of Budget 2013 as specified in Law No. 19 of the Year 2012 The State Budget and Revenue Budget of the Year of the 2013 Budget as amended by Act No. 15 of 2013.
(2) The estimated allocation of DBH SDA Fisheries of the Budget Year 2013 was as large as Rp181.774,724.480,00 (one hundred and eighty-one billion seven hundred and seventy-four million and twenty-four thousand four hundred and eighty-five thousand), with details as follows:
a. DBH SDA Fisheries of Rp149.774,724.480.00 (one hundred and forty-nine billion seven hundred and seventy-four million seven hundred and forty-four thousand and eighty-hundred and eighty-thousand); and
B. Reserve Funds DBH SDA Fisheries amounted to Rp32.000.000.00 (thirty-two billion rupiah).
(3) The estimated allocation of DBH SDA Fisheries as referred to in paragraph (2) is specified by considering:
a. realization of the Triwulan period realization of up to the Triwulan III Budget Year 2013;
B. estimated admissions in January to December 2013; and
c. The realization of the distribution of DBH SDA Fisheries is at least 3 (three) years last year.
(4) The Reserve DBH SDA Reserve Fund as referred to in paragraph (2) letter b is estimated to be the remaining estimated receipt of the Natural Resources of the Year of the Budget 2013 period of January to December 2013, which has not been identified as the area of the SDA in the United States The results were and were placed in the ReAccount of the Finance Minister ' s Financial Services Year of Budget
(5) The details of the estimated allocation of DBH SDA Fisheries of Budget Year 2013 for each area are listed in the Inseparable Attachment of this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.
