NUMBER 32 /PMK.02/ 2013 ABOUT THE LAYOUT OF THE BUDGET REVISION
THE 2013 BUDGET YEAR
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under Finance Minister Regulation Number 32 /PMK.02/ 2013 has set up the revised ways of the Budget Year budget 2013;
B. that in order to create the State Budget and Revenue Budget (APBN) of the Budget Year 2013, budget shifts between activities, budget shifts between programs, budget savings, budget reallocations include utilization. blocked budget allocations, as well as awarding of awards and sanctions;
c. that under the Law Number 15 Year 2013 on Changes to the 2012 Law Number 19 Year on Budget and State Shopping Changes Year of the Budget Year 2013, have set a budget change agreed upon by the The Government and the People ' s Representative Council that need to be immediately actionable;
D. that for the completion of the budget document in order to conduct the budget based on the APBN changes specified in the Law Number 15 Year 2013 on Change of the Number 19 Act 2012 on the Revenue Budget and State Shopping Changes Year of the 2013 Budget, need to be made changes to the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 32 /PMK.02/2013;
e. that based on consideration as in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d need to specify the Minister of Finance Regulation on the Change of the Regulation of the Finance Minister Number 32 /PMK.02/ 2013 on the Tata Cara Revision of the Budget Year Budget 2013;
Given: 1. Law No. 19 of 2012 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2013 (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 228, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5361, as amended by the Law Number 15 Of The Year 2013 (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2013 Number 108, Additional Leaf Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 5426);
2. Finance Minister Regulation Number 32 /PMK.02/ 2013 on Tata Cara Revision Budget Year 2013 Budget;
DECIDED:
Set: A FINANCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE CHANGES TO THE REGULATION OF FINANCE MINISTER NUMBER 32 /PMK.02/ 2013 ABOUT THE ORDER OF THE REVISED WAYS OF THE 2013 BUDGET YEAR BUDGET.
Article I
Among Articles 57 and Article 58 of the Financial Minister Regulation Number 32 /PMK.02/ 2013 on the Tata Way Revision of Budget Year of the Budget Year of 2013 is inserted 1 (one) section, i.e. Section 57A, so that Article 57A reads as follows:
Section 57A
(1) The Budget Revision which occurred as a result of the 2013 Budget Year Change Act, was the basis of the revised completion of the RKA-K/L DIPA document revision of the 2013 Budget Year.
(2) The Budget Revision as referred to in paragraph (1) includes among others:
a. Interactivity budget shifts that are not derived from the Optimalization results and/or the Rest of the Managed Budget;
B. budget shift between the Program; and/or
c. The budget reallocation includes the re-utilization of blocked budget allocations.
(3) Terms of the Budget Revision mechanism on the Directorate General of the Budget as referred to in Article 38 applies mutatis mutandis in the completion of the revision of the RKA-K/L DIPA filing of the Year of Budget 2013 as intended on verse (1).

The Regulation of the Minister came into effect on an promulgated and retroactive date since 18 June 2013.
