ESTIMATED FUND ALLOCATION FOR RESULTS
2013 BUDGET FOREST NATURAL RESOURCES
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that to carry out the provisions of Article 27 paragraph (5) of the Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balance Fund, it needs to establish the Finance Minister Regulation on the Estimation of the Alocation of the Fund for Natural Resources Results Forestry of the Budget Year 2013;
Given: 1. Law No. 33 of 2004 on the Financial Balance between the Central Government and the Local Government (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2004 No. 126, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4438);
2. Act No. 19 of 2012 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of the 2013 Budget (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 228, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5361);
3. Government Regulation Number 55 of 2005 on the Balancing Fund (State Sheet of Indonesia Year 2005 Number 137, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4575);
4. Finance Minister Regulation Number 126 /PMK.07/ 2007 on the General Guidelines of Use of Funds For the Result of the Rebozation Fund Natural Resources;
5. Finance Minister Regulation Number 06 /PMK.07/ 2012 on the Implementation and Accouncability of the Transfer Budget to the Regions;
6. Finance Minister Regulation Number 165 /PMK.07/ 2012 on the Alignment of the Transfer Budget to the Regions;
DECIDED:
Set: A FINANCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE ESTIMATED ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE RESULTS OF THE 2013 BUDGET FOREST NATURAL RESOURCES.
Article 1
Estimation of the allocation of the Fund for Natural Resources (DBH SDA) Forestry of the Budget Year 2013 is based on the estimated admissions of the Forestry SDA as specified in Law No. 19 of 2012 on Revenue and Shopping Budget State of the Budget Year 2013.
Article 2
(1) The allocation of DBH SDA Forestry as referred to in Article 1 is the size of Rp1,068.119.403.677.00 (one trillion sixty eight billion 100 million four hundred and three thousand six hundred seventy seven rupiah) consists of:
a. Iuran The Permission of Forest utilization (IIUPH) amounted to Rp3,800.553.280.00 (three billion eight hundred million five hundred and fifty-three thousand two hundred and eighty rupiah);
B. Provision of Forest Resources (PSDH) amounted to Rp612.380.517.215.00 (six hundred twelve billion three hundred and eighty million five hundred seventeen thousand two hundred and fifteen rupiah); and
C. The Rebozation Fund (DR) amounted to Rp451,938,333.182.00 (four hundred and fifty-one billion nine hundred and thirty-eight million three hundred and thirty-three thousand one hundred and thirty-three thousand rupees).
(2) The Allocation Of DBH SDA Forestry as referred to in paragraph (1) is set to consider the realization of the SDA of Forestry acceptance for 3 (three) years of the last budget.
(3) Details of DBH SDA allocation of the Budget Year 2013 Budget for provincial and district/city areas as set forth in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Article 3
(1) The DBH SDA Surrender of Forestry is implemented in a quarterly basis.
(2) The DBH SDA Quarterly Forestry I and Triwulan II respectively exercised by 15% (fifteen percent) of the estimated allocation terms as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of The rules of this minister.
(3) The distribution of DBH SDA Forestry as referred to in paragraph (2) is further taken into account with the realization of the acceptance of DBH SDA Forestry Quarterly III and Triwulan IV.
(4) The distribution of DBH SDA Forestry as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised based on calculation through a data reconciliation mechanism between the Central Government and the producing regions.
(5) The DBH SDA alignment event of Forestry is exercised in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 4
In terms of pagu over the estimated allocation of DBH SDA Provincial Budget Year 2013 insufficient supply requirement or realization of exceeding pagu in the State Budget and Shopping Year 2013 Budget, the Government channeled the DBH SDA allocation Foresight based on the realization of acceptance in accordance with the provisions of laws.
Section 5
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
