DECIDED:

Establish: RULES OF MINISTER OF RELIGION ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE OFFICE OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS.

BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) The next Religious Affairs Office (KUA) is the Technical Managing Unit of the General Directorate General of the Islamic Society responsible for carrying out part of the duties of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs/City in the field of Islamic religious affairs.
(2) The KUA as referred to in paragraph (1) is based in the region of the district.

Section 2
In performing the task as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) KUA organizes a function:
a. execution of services, supervising, logging, and wedlock reporting and header;
B. Drafting statistics, documentation and management of the KUA management information system;
c. implementation of the business and household of the KUA household;
D. Family guidance service of sakinah;
e. The ministry of guidance services and;
f. Sharia coaching guidance services; as well as
G. the host of other functions in the field of Islamic religion assigned by the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs/City.

BAB II
ORGANIZATION
Section 3
(1) The KUA is led by a chief.
(2) The Head of the KUA as referred to in paragraph (1) is responsible to the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs/City.
(3) The Head of the KUA as referred to in verse (1) is the structural position of IVb eselon.

Section 4
Head of the KUA has a leading task, organizing, executing and reporting the execution of duties and functions of the KUA to the head of the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs/City.

Section 5
(1) In the execution of the duties as referred to in Article 4 of the Head of the KUA are assisted by special and common functional officials.
(2) Special functional officials as referred to in paragraph (1) are the upstream functional posts and other functional offices required by the KUA as per the provisions of the laws.
(3) General functional officials as referred to in paragraph (1) are the acting posts that have led to the administrative services and to the home of the KUA.

BAB III
WORK LAYOUT
Section 6
Head of the KUA in carrying out the task and its functions are required to implement the principle of coordination, integration, and synchronization in both the KUA environment and in the relationship between governments both central and regional.

Section 7
Head of the KUA is responsible for leading, organizing, and coordinating the execution of subordinate tasks.

Section 8
Head of the KUA is required to compose and develop policies, programs, and activities based on established strategic plans by implementing effective, efficient, clean, and accountable governance principles.

Section 9
The Head of the KUA is obliged to develop a relationship and build cooperation with local governments and other related work units.

Article 10
Head of the KUA is required to host financial administration, accounting, and financial reporting and performance as per the provisions of the laws.

Section 11
Head of the KUA must carry out the inherent oversight, performance assessment, complying with the provisions of the laws and submit reports of the results of his duties to the respective superiors in a regular and periodic basis.
