The head of the Religious Hall of Religious Affairs of Aceh Province is obliged to develop a relationship and establish cooperation with all vertical instances of the Ministry of Religious and local governments.
Article 12
The head of the Religious Halls Of Aceh Province is obliged to hold financial administration, accounting, financial reporting and performance in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 13
The head of the Aceh Provincial Religious Hall is obliged to carry out the inherent oversight, performance assessment, complying with the provisions of the laws and conveying the report of the results of his duties to the superiors periodically.

DECIDED:
Establish :REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF EDUCATION HALL AND THE RELIGIOUS TRAINING OF ACEH PROVINCE.
BAB I
THE POSITION, TASK, AND FUNCTION
Section 1
(1) The School of Education and Religious Training of Aceh Province which is next called the Aceh Provincial Religious Hall is the Technical Managing Unit which is below and is responsible to the Head of the Religious Research and Development Agency as well as Religious Education and Training.
(2) The Religious Hall of the Religious Province of Aceh, led by a Chief.
Section 2
The Aceh Provincial Religious Hall has the task of organizing educational and administrative power training and religious technical personnel.
Section 3
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Aceh Provincial Religious Diklat Hall organizes a function:
a. the drafting of the plan and the dilate program;
B. the hosting of educational and administrative power training and religious technical power;
c. implementation of coordination and development of partnerships with unit of organizational/working units in the Ministry of Religious Affairs, local government, and other related agencies;
D. implementation of the evaluation and reporting of the results of the execution of the Religious Diklat Hall; and
e. the implementation of the administrative and household affairs of the Religious Diklat Hall.
BAB II
ORGANIZATION
Section 4
(1) The Organization Of The Religious Dilat Hall Of Aceh Province Consists Of:
a. Order Subsections;
B. Administration Section of the Administration of Power;
C. Section Times Religious Technical Personnel; and
D. Functional Position Group.
(2) Bagan organizational structure of the Religious Hall of Aceh Province is listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 5
(1) The Tata Business Subsection has the task of conducting planning, the execution of services and the administrative, financial, and goods building in the area of the Aceh Provincial Religious Hall of Religions.
(2) The Office of the Workforce Workforce has the task of conducting the preparation and implementation of the education program and the training of the administration power.
(3) The Religious Technical Personnel Section has the task of conducting the preparation and execution of the education program and the training of religious technical power.

(1) The head of the Hall is the Structural Office of Eselon III.a.
(2) Subsection Head is the Structural Office of Eselon IV.a.

BAB IV
FUNCTIONAL OFFICE GROUP
Section 7
(1) The Functional Position Group has the task of performing activities in accordance with the field of expertise under laws.
(2) The type and number of personnel of the Functional Office as referred to in paragraph (1) are determined based on the need and workload existing in the Aceh Provincial Religious Dilat Hall.
(3) In exercising the task of the Functional Office group is responsible to the Head of the Religious Hall of Aceh Province.
