REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL, THE FINANCIAL EXAMINER ' S BOARD,
THE JUDICIAL COMMISSION, THE JUDGE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT,
AND SUPREME COURT SUPREME JUDGE
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that provision of health care for state officials as set in Presidential Regulation No. 106 of 2013 on Health Maintenance of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the People's Representative Council, Regional Representative Council, Board Financial Inspector, Judicial Commission, Justice of the Constitutional Court, and Supreme Court Justices need to be reviewed;
B. that based on consideration as intended on the letter a, it needs to revoke the Presidential Regulation No. 106 of 2013 on the Health Maintenance Guarantee of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the People's Representative Council, Regional Representative Council, Board Financial Inspector, Judicial Commission, Justice Of The Constitutional Court, And The Supreme Court Justice;
Given: Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION ON THE REPEAL OF THE PRESIDENT' S 106-YEAR-OLD REGULATIONS ON THE ASSURANCE OF THE HEALTH MAINTENANCE OF THE CHAIRMAN, THE DEPUTY CHAIRMAN, AND THE MEMBERS OF THE PEOPLE 'S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL, THE REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL, THE FINANCIAL EXAMINER' JUDICIAL, JUDGES OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT, AND THE SUPREME COURT JUSTICES.
Section 1
2013 Presidential Decree No. 106 About Health Maintenance Of Chairman, Vice Chairman, And Member Of The People's Representative Council, Regional Representative Council, Financial Examiner Body, Judicial Commission, Constitutional Court Justice, And Supreme Court Justice. The Supreme Court (sheet state of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 No. 228) was revoked and declared not valid.
Section 2
With the enactment of this Presidential Regulation, health care for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Member of the House of Representatives, Regional Representative Council, Financial Examiner ' s Board, Judicial Commission, Justice of the Constitutional Court, and Supreme Court Justice which has been allocated its funding in the State Budget and Shopping Budget of 2013 and its changes, remains implemented by the health care organizer for Civil Servers until 31 December 2013.
Section 3
The President's rule came into effect on an promulgated date and has receded power since 1 January 2014.
