INDONESIA AND THE ORGANIZATION OF ECONOMIC AND DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION (OECD) ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE

OECD AT INDONESIA (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE ORGANISATION FOR THE ECONOMIC

CO-OPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT (OECD) ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OECD COUNTRY OFFICE IN INDONESIA)

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: a. that in St. Petersburg, Russia on 5 September 2013, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Organisation for the Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) have signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and The Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on the Establishment of the OECD Representative Office in Indonesia (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Organisation for the Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on the Establishment of the OECD Country Office in Indonesia);

b. that authorization authorization is required as a basis for the establishment of an OECD representative office in Indonesia in an effort to improve coordination and

engineering cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia with the OECD;

c. that based on consideration as in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on the Establishment of the OECD Representative Office in Indonesia (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Organisation for the Economic Co-operation and Development) (OECD) on the Establishment of the OECD Country Office in Indonesia) with Regulation President;

Given: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on the International Covenant (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, additional sheet of state of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);

DECIDED:

Establits: APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE ECONOMIC AND DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION ORGANIZATION (OECD) ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OECD REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE IN INDONESIA (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA) ORGANISATION FOR THE ECONOMIC CO-OPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT (OECD) ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OECD COUNTRY OFFICE IN INDONESIA).

Article 1

Passed Approval between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) on the Establishment of the OECD Representative Office in Indonesia (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Organisation for the Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on the Establishment of the OECD Country Office in Indonesia), which has been signed on September 5, 2013 in St. Petersburg, Russia, and the original manuscript In English, English, and the French language as attached, which is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation.

Section 2
