ABOUT TYPE AND TARIFFS ON THE TYPE OF STATE ACCEPTANCE NOT
THE APPLICABLE TAXES ON THE METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICAL AGENCIES

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that by means of obligation of flight services which were originally organized by the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura I, Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Angkasa Pura II and Technical Managing Unit of the Directorate General of Perrelationships Air Ministry of Transportation (Perum) Organizing Agency of Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service, need to change Government Regulation No. 4 Year 2012 on Type and Tarif on Types of State Reception Not Tax Apply to the Board of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics;
B.   that based on consideration as intended in the letter a need to establish the Government Regulation on the Changes to Government Regulation No. 4 of 2012 on Types and Tarif over Types of State Reception Not the applicable Tax on Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysical Agency;
Remembering: 1.   Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Law No. 20 Year 1997 on Reception of State Not Tax (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia of 1997 Number 43, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia Number 3687);
3. Government Regulation No. 22 Year 1997 on Types and Deposits Of State Admissions Not Taxes (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 1997 Number 57, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 3694) as amended by Government Regulation Number 52 Year 1998 on Changes to Government Regulation No. 22 Year 1997 on Types and Deposits Of State Acceptance Not Taxes (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1998 Number 85, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of The Republic Of Indonesia Indonesia Number 3760);
4. Government Regulation No. 4 Year 2012 on Types and Tarif on Types of State Reception Not applicable Tax on Meteorological Agency, Climatology, and Geophysics (Sheet State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2012 Number 7, Additional Sheet Country) Republic of Indonesia Number of 5274);

DECIDED:

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON CHANGES TO THE 2012 GOVERNMENT ' S NUMBER 4 REGULATIONS ON TYPES AND TARIFFS ON TYPE OF STATE ACCEPTANCE NOT APPLICABLE TAXES ON METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS AGENCIES.

Section 1
Provision in Government Regulation No. 4 Year 2012 on Type and Tarif on Types of State Reception Not applicable Tax on Meteorological Agency, Climatology, and Geophysics (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2012 Number 7, Additional The state sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5274) was changed as follows:
1. Section 1 of the paragraph (4) is amended so that Article 1 reads as follows:

Section 1
(1) The type of State Reception Not the Tax applicable to the Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysics Agency includes acceptance of:
a.   Meteorological Information, Climatology, and Geophysics;
B.   Calibration Services of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics;
C.   Services Use of Meteorological Tools, Climatology, and Geophysics;
D.   Services of Meteorological Education, Climatology, and Geophysics;
e.   Teaching and Training Services of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics;
f.   Sales of publications and prints on Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics; and
G.   Use of the citeko Department of Meteorological, Climatology, and Geophysics activities for educational and training activities/workshops in the fields of Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics.
(2) The type and fare of the type of State Acceptance Not the Tax as referred to in paragraph (1) as specified in this Government Regulation Attachment, except meteorological information for the flight of weather.
(3) The weather information tarif for flights is set at 4% (four percent) of the Flight Services Service fare.
(4) The Flight Services Act as referred to in paragraph (3) includes:
a.   Fares of Flight Services Services organized by the General Company (Perum) Organizing Service of the Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service; and
B.   The Flight Services Service tariff organized by the Ministry of Transportation until its management was handed over to the General Company (Perum) Organizing Service of the Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service.

2. In between Section 4 and Section 5 is inserted 1 (one) section, the Article 4A which reads as follows:

Section 4A
The weather information fare for the flight as referred to in Article 1 of paragraph (3) which has been levied by the General Company (Perum) Organizing Service of the Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service before the enactment of this Government Regulation is State acceptance was not a tax on Meteorological, Climatology, and Geophysics and was required to be submitted to the treasurer of the recipients of the Meteorological, Climatological and Geophysics Agency.

Section II
These Government regulations begin to take effect on the date of promulgations.
