ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND

DEVELOPMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Counterpart: a. that the State of the Republic of Indonesia is a member of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development which has the obligation to lease a number of funds as an inclusion of the State capital;

b. that in order to maintain the magnitude of the percentage of the State of the Republic of Indonesia on the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and to carry out the obligations as referred to in the letter a, it needs to do the addition of inclusion State Capital of International Bank for Reconstruction and Development;

c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b as well as to carry out the provisions of Article 24 of the paragraph (3) Invite-Invite Number 23 Year 2013 about the 2014 State Budget Revenue and Shopping Budget

as amended by Act No. 12 of 2014 on Changes to the 2013 Law Number 23 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year of Budget 2014, it needs to set the Regulation. The Government on Adding The Inclusion Of Capital Of The Republic Of Indonesia on the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development;

Given: 1. Article 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

2. Law No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (Indonesian Republic Gazette 2004 No. 5, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);

3. Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2014 Number 182, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5462) as amended by the Law Number 12 Year 2014 on Changes to the Law No. 23 Year 2013 on Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year 2014 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 2014 No. 142, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 5547);

DECIDED:

Establits: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA TO THE INTERNATIONAL BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT.

Article 1 of the State of the Republic of Indonesia does the addition of a capital inclusion on the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development whose membership was authorized by Law Number 9 of 1966 on the Republic's Return Membership of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia In International Monetary Fund (International Monetary Fund) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (International Bank for Reconstruction and Development) as amended by Law No. 2 of 1967 about the Remembership of the Republic of Indonesia in the International Monetary Fund and International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Article 2 (1) The value of the increased inclusion of the State capital as referred to

in Article 1 of Rp202.054,411.000.00 (two hundred two billion fifty-four million four hundred eleven thousand rupiah).

(2) The inclusion of State capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) is sourced from the State Budget and Budget Year 2014 Budget.

Article 3 of the Government may make the payment of adding the inclusion of the State capital exceeding as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) resulting from the margin of curs, to meet the obligations of the Republic of Indonesia on the International Bank For Reconstruction and Development of USD17.418.483, 66 (seventeen million four hundred eighteen thousand four hundred and eighty-three United States dollars) consisting of fulfilment of obligations of 2014 and softening lack of payment of liabilities in 2013.

Article 4 Implementation of the addition of the inclusion of the State capital on the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3 is conducted by the Minister of Finance.

Article 5 of this Government Regulation shall begin It takes effect on an invitation date. In order for everyone to know, order the invitational of the Government Regulation with its placement in the Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
