The rules of the Ministry are effective on the date of the promulgations.

SET: MINISTER OF MARINE AND FISHERIES MINISTER REGULATION ON THE STRATEGIC PLANS OF THE MINISTRY OF MARINE AND FISHERIES 2010-2014.
Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. The Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries of 2010-2014, later called Renstra KKP, is a planning document of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries for a period of 5 (five) years from 2010 to the year 2014.
2. The Work Plan of the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries, which is next called Renja KKP is a planning document of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries for a period of 1 (one) year.
3. The Minister is the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries.
Section 2
(1) Establiting Renstra KKP, which is a guideline for every working unit in the environment of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries in the drafting of marine and fishery development programs.
(2) Renstra KKP as referred to in paragraph (1), as set forth in Annex I which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Section 3
The scope of the Renstra KKP, covering:
a. Preamble, which contains the general condition, potential, and problem;
B. Vision, Mission, Purpose, and Strategic Target; and
C. The direction of Policy and Strategy, which contains the direction of national policy and strategy, the policy direction and strategy of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries.
Section 4
Renstra KKP as a guideline for working units in the Ministry of Marine and Fisheries environments in compiling programs, activities, indicators, targets and budgets as such in Appendix II which is an inseparable part of This Minister ' s Rule.
Section 5
Renstra KKP as referred to in Article 2 is poured in the KKP Work Plan set by the Minister.
Section 6
The Minister conducted monitoring of the implementation of Renstra KKP which was poured in the KKP Work Plan.
