ABOUT
TRANSFER OF THE COUNTY CAPITAL OF ASAHAN II-LEVEL REGIONS
FROM THE KOOTAMDYA AREA LEVEL II CAPE HALL
TO THE CITY OF THE RANGE
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the place of the Occupation of the Government of the Regency Level II Asahan was officially under the Emergency Law No. 7 of 1956 on the Establishment of the Kabupaten-county Autonomous Region in the Environment of North Sumatra Province. at the Tanjjung Hall, in reality since 1968 the Centre for Government Activities in Level II Regional Regency Asahan is in Kisaran City;
B. that to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Government and the implementation of the Government and the implementation of the construction and to realize the orderly administration of the Government, the Capital of Regional Council II needs to be moved from Cape Hall to Range:

DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION OF THE RESETTLEMENT OF THE COUNTY CAPITAL AREA II OF ASAHAN FROM THE KOTA-MADYA AREA LEVEL II TANJUNG HALL TO THE TOWN OF RANGE.
Section 1
(1) The capital of the Level II Regional District of Asahan is transferred to its burial ground from Cape Hall to Kisaran City in the Regency Area II area of Asahan.
(2) The city of Kisaran as referred to in paragraph (1) has the following boundaries:
a. on the North with Sidomulyo Village, Rawang Village Market Four, and Village Pondok Bunga on Kisaran;
B. on the South with the Village of Dtap and the Village of Sei Assembly II in Air Batu district;
c. to the West with the Village of the People ' s Land, Sidomakmur Village, and Sukadamai Village in the District of Kisaran;
D. on the East side with Sabur Village in Kisaran District.; as illustrated on the attached Map.
(3) The capital of the Regional Regency of Asahan as referred to in verse (1) includes part of the District of Kisaran and the District of Water Subdistrict which is composed of:
a. Village Range Village;
B. East Range Village;
C. West Range Village;
D. New Range Village;
e. Sei Renggas Village;
f. Sidodadi Village;
G. Village of Bunut;
h. Pearl Village;
i. New Gambir Village;
J. Den Siumed-umbut;
No, The Village Sspan. And to form the District of Kisaran City.
(4) The District of Kisaran Subdistrict is reduced by:
a. Village Range Village;
B. East Range Village;
C. West Range Village;
D. New Range Village;
e. Sei Renggas Village;
f. Sidodadi Village;
G. Village of Bunut;
h. Pearl Village;
i. New Gambir Village;
J. The village of Sium-umbut.
(5) The Water Subdistrict Area is reduced with the Village Sspan.
Section 2
(1) The government of Level II Regional Regency Asahan is based in the city of Kisaran.
(2) The place of the vertical office of the vertical instances of the district level II Asahan is adjusted to the position of Level II Government of Asahan as referred to in Article 1.
Section 3
(1) The designation of the City of the Range as the Capital of Level II Regional Regency Asahan as referred to in Article I did not change/reduce the rights of the land in the territory of the Capital.
(2) The change of perforations and the use of the estates of the estate must receive approval first from the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Agriculture.
Section 4
(1) The financing required for the transfer of the Regional Capital Territory of Asahan as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) is charged on the Regional Government budget in accordance with applicable laws.
(2) The matters arising out of and relating to the execution of the provisions as referred to in Section 1 of the paragraph (1) of which the Vertical Instance of the Vertical Instance is further governed by the Minister who oversees the Vertical Instance of the Cloud Service. concerned and the Minister of Finance.
Section 5
Things are not yet quite set up in this Government Regulation, set further by the Minister of the Interior in accordance with the laws of my blade.
Section 6
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
