INCOME ADDITIONAL ALLOWANCE FOR RETIREES
JANDA/DUDA CIVIL SERVANT

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that in conjunction with the development of the state, it is deemed necessary to provide additional benefits for the retirement of the janda/duda civil servants/retired civil servants;

Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 11 of 1969 on Retirement of civil servants and Widows/Duda Employees (State Gazette 1969 Number 42, Additional Gazette Number 2906);
3. Law No. 8 of 1974 on the Poes of Subjects (1974 State Gazette Number 55, Additional Leaf Country Number 3041);
4. Government Regulation No. 8 of 1977 on the Determination Of The Principal Pension Of Former Civil Servants and Widows/Dudanya (State Sheet Of 1977 Number 12, Extra State Sheet Number 3099),

DECIDED:

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON GRANTING INCOME SUPPLEMENTARY BENEFITS TO THE PENSION OF JANDA/DUDA CIVIL SERVANTS.

Chapter 1.
(1) To the janda/duda of the deceased Civil Service, given the Supplementary Allowance of the margin between the widow's pension/widower, according to the final earnings of almarhum/almarhumah Civil servant.
(2) The terms as referred to in paragraph (1) apply also to the retired civil servants of the janda/civil servants who died.
(3) The dismay of (1) and verse (2) are given for 4 (4) months, and the following month after the death of a civil servant/retired civil servant died.

Section 2
If there is more than a wife who is entitled to a widow's pension, then additional benefits of income pension as referred to in Article I are divided equally among the authorized widows of the deceased civil servant/retired employee. Civil Land.

Section 3
The technical provisions of the implementation of this Government Regulation are established by the Minister of Finance and the Head of the State Administration Board both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.

Section 4
This Government Regulation came into force on 1 January 1981.
