ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE INVENTORIZATION COMMITTEE AND
THE EVALUATION OF NATURAL WEALTH
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to further enhance and establish the staging of the Inventory of Inventory and Evaluation of the Natural Wealth and given the importance of the position of the principal task, and its function in order to support the execution National Development, is seen as necessary to fine-tune the Order of the Committee as referred to in Article 4 of Presidential Decree Number 27 of 1975;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree Number 27 of 1975 on the Establishment of the Inventory of Inventory and Evaluation of Natural Wealth;
3. Presidential Decree Number 59 /M of 1978 on the Establishment of the Cabinet of Development III
4. Presidential Decree No. 28 of 1978 on Occupation, Pokok Task, Function, and Working Governance Minister of the State of Personnel, Minister of State Oversight and Environment, Minister of State for Research and Technology as well as Susunan Organization of Staff;
DECIDED
SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT ' S 1975 PRESIDENTIAL DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INVENTORY COMMITTEE AND THE EVALUATION OF NATURAL WEALTH.
Section 1
Change the provisions of Article 4 of the Presidential Decree No. 27 of 1975, so it reads as follows:
The Natural Wealth Committee consists of:
a. Speaker: Minister of the State of Research and Technology Captured Members;
B. Vice Chairman: Minister of State Oversight and Development Environment Arrested Member;
C. Members: Coordinating Minister for Economic, Finance and Industri/National Development Planning/National Development Planning;
1. Home Secretary;
2. Agriculture Minister;
3. Minister of Mines and Energy;
4. Public Works Minister;
5. Minister of Transportation;
6. The Security-Security/Commander of the Armed Forces
7. Chairman of the National Survey Coordinating Board and Mapping;
8. Chairman of the National Aviation and Space Agency
9. Chairman of the Indonesian Institute of Science;
10. Head of the Central Bureau of Statistics;
11. Director General of the National Atomic Energy Agency.
Section 2
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
