Back of the INDONESIAN PRESIDENTIAL INSTRUCTION number 13 in 1981 ABOUT CHANGES to the PRESIDENTIAL INSTRUCTION No. 15 in 1980 REGARDING the PRICING of BASIC GRAIN and RICE PRESIDENT REPUBLIC of INDONESIA Considering: that in order to ensure that farmers remain to obtain a reasonable price and to encourage participation of farmers improve production is seen necessary to adjust the purchase price of grain from farmers by the VILLAGE and the purchase price of grain and rice in the country by BULOG.
Remember: 1. Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Constitution of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree number 6 in 1979 about the Bimas coordinating body.
M E N G I N S T R U K S I K A N to the: 1. Secretary of Commerce and cooperatives;

2. Minister of agriculture;

3. the Secretary of the Interior;

4. The Minister of finance;

5. Minister of Youth Affairs of the Cooperative;

6. Minister of Youth Affairs of food production;

7. The Heads of State logistics;

8. The Governor of the Central Bank;

9. The Governor/head of the area concerned;

First: in order to purchase grain and rice in the country then it is calculated from the date of 1 January 1982 established the following things 1. Dried milled grain purchase prices by a VILLAGE of farmers in the KUDRp level. 135,-/kg 2. Dried milled grain purchase prices by BULOG is: a. from KUDRp. 146,-/kg b. from non KUDRp. 139.50/kg 3. The purchase price of rice by BULOG is: a. from KUDRp. 214,-/kg b. from non KUDRp. SECOND: 210.50/kg without purchasing grain directly from farmers, When circumstances do not allow direct purchases from growers purchase grain UNIT then through farmer groups on the condition that the farmers remain the basic price.

Third: the officials of the numbers 1 to 9 in their field with number masingmasing or jointly provide clues to the oversight of implementation as well as holding this Presidential Instruction by agencies/officials in its environment.

FOURTH: this Presidential Instruction entered into force on 1 January 1982.
