THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT ' S INSTRUCTION NUMBER 15 YEARS 1980
REGARDING THE BASE PRICING OF THE GABAH AND THE RICE

President of the Republic of Indonesia

Weighing: that in order to ensure that farmers continue to acquire reasonable prices and to encourage the participation of farmers to increase production is seen as necessary to adjust the purchase price of the farmers by the KUD and the purchase price of the gabah. and domestic rice by BULOG.

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree Number 6 of 1979 on the Bimas Coordinating Board.

1. Minister of Trade and Operations;
2. Agriculture Minister;
3. The Minister of the Interior;
4. Finance Minister;
5. Young Minister of Koperating Affairs;
6. Young Minister of Food Production Affairs;
7. Head of the Logistic Affairs Agency;
8. Governor of the Central Bank;
9. Governor/Head of the Regions concerned;

FIRST:
In order to purchase the grain and rice in the country, as of January 1, 1982, the following are defined as follows.
1. The purchase price of dried gabah giling by KUD from farmers at KUDRp level. 135,-/kg
2. The purchase price of the giling dry gabah by BULOG is:
a. of KUDRp. 146 ,-/kg
B. of non KUDRp. 139 .50 /kg
3. The price of purchase of rice by BULOG is:
a. of KUDRp. 214 ,-/kg
B. of non KUDRp. 210 .50 /kg

BOTH:
The KUD bought a live dress from the farmers, where the situation did not allow direct purchases from the farmers then KUD bought the gabah through the Tani Group provided that the farmers would still acquire the base price.

THIRD:
These officials figure 1 to 9 in their field of each individual or together provide clues to and hold oversight of the execution of this President's Instruction by the authorities/officials in its environment.

FOURTH:
The President ' s instructions came into effect on 1 January 1982.
