PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that to organize the 1982 General Election then in accordance with the provisions of Article 84 of the paragraph (2) of Government Regulation No. 41 of 1980 need to be set the day and the date of the vote;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;

SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DAY AND THE DATE OF THE VOTE IN THE GENERAL ELECTION-MEMBERS OF THE PEOPLE 'S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL, THE PEOPLE' S REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL OF THE I LEVEL, AND THE REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL OF THE PEOPLE OF THE REGION.
FIRST:
Voting in the General Election Members of the People's Representative Council, House of Representatives of the People's Regional Representative Council, and the Council of People's Representative Council II were held simultaneously in one day in all the Republic of Indonesia. on Tuesday 4 May 1982.
BOTH:
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
