READING: FOREIGN MINISTER LETTER NUMBER 3729/81/29 DATED 29 MAY 1981 AND NUMBER 4434/81/29 DATED 8 July 1981;,

Weigh: a. That in New York on June 10, 1958 it was signed "Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards", which had entered into force on 7 June 1959;
B. That the Government of the Republic of Indonesia does not object to ratify the "Convention" in the letter of a above;

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Amanat President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the People's Representative Council on 22 August 1960 No. 2826 /HK/60;

DECIDED:

Setting:
FIRST: THE Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards which had been signed in New York on June 10, 1958 and it has entered into force on June 7, 1959, accompanied by a statement, which the United States Department of Foreign Arbitral Awards have been signed to. The script is attached to this President's decision.

SECOND: This President ' s decision comes into effect on the set date.
