ABOUT
THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA CAPITAL
INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
The PT. THE SENSE OF WORK
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to further improve the business activities of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Indra Works then is seen as necessary to add the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Indra Works;
B. that the land and building located on Surabaya Street No. 3A Malang, as well as some of the equipment and vehicles that are currently under the management of the Department of Public Works in this case the River Kali Brantas Region Development Project, can set to be made an additional inclusion of the State of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Indra Works;
c. that the partition of the country's wealth in the letter b for the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The Sense of Work needs to be established with a Government Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;

Government Regulation Number 12 of 1969 on the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) (State Gazette 1969 Number 21, Additional Gazette number 2894) jo Regulation Government Number 24 Year 1972 on Changes to the Terms of Article 7 of the Regulation 1969 Government Number 12 On The Company Perseroan (PERSERO) (State Sheet Of 1972 Number 32, Additional Gazette State Number 2987);
5. Government Regulation No. 42 Year 1970 on Discourse of the Form of State Company (P. N) Indra Works into a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) (State Sheet of the 1970 Number 60);
DECIDED:
Establishing: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. SENSE OF WORK.
BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Indra Karya was founded in Jakarta with Akte Notary Djoyo M ulyadi, SH. Number 108 of December 20, 1972.
Section 2
(1) The addition of the State Capital 's inclusion of capital as referred to in Article 1 comes from the separation of part of the country' s wealth which is currently under the management of the Department of Public Works in this regard the River Kali Region Development Project Brantas is a land and building located on Jalan Surabaya No. 3A Malang, as well as some equipment and vehicles.
(2) The redistribution of wealth as referred to in paragraph (1) and its value as will be used as the addition of the capital of the Republic of Indonesia to be established by the Minister of Finance through the assessment conducted jointly by the Department of Finance. Public works and the Treasury Department.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION ADDITIONS
Section 3
Implementation of the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The senses of the Works as referred to in Article 1 are conducted under the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) as have been several times amended and augmented, last with Law No. 4 of 1971, with Regard to the provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.

Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
