DECIDED:

Establish: Government Regulation on the establishment of the administrative city of depok.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
a. The Region is an Autonomous Region as referred to in the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
B. The administrative region is the region as referred to in Article 72 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area (state Sheet Of 1974 Number 39, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
C. The district of Depok, Cimanggis District and Cibinong District District is the area referred to in the list of Staatsblad annex of 1935 Number 123, as amended by Government Regulation No. 13 of 1981 (State Gazette of 1981 Number 17).

BAB II
THE PURPOSE OF FORMATION

Section 2

Section 3

Section 5
(1) The Depok Administrative City Region includes:
a. Depok District territory, which consists of Desvillages:
1. Depok;
2. Depok Jaya;
3. Pancoran Mas;
4. Mampang;
5. New Jaya RCapture;
6. RCapture Jaya;
7. Beji;
8. The Muka Kemiri;
9. Pondok China;
10. Kukusan;
11. New Land;
B. Part of the Cimanggis District, which consists of Desadesa:
1. Mekarjaya;
2. Sukmajaya;
3. New Sukamaju;
4. Cisalak;
C. A portion of the Cibinong District, which is composed of Desadesa:
1. New calis;
2. Kalimulya.
(2) The Cimanggis District is reduced by villages as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter b of this section.
(3) Parts of the Cibinong District, which is composed of Desvillages:
1. Leuwingig;
2. T'
3. CilCapture;
4. Cimpaeun; incorporated into the Cimanggis District District.
(4) The district of Cibinong is reduced with villages as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter c and paragraph (5) of this section.

Section 6
For an orderly conduct of governance as well as the coaching of the region, the Administrative City Region of Depok is divided into 3 (three) districts, namely:
a. The district of Pancoran Mas District, consists of:
1. Depok Village;

5. The New Rangkapanjaya Village;
B. Beji sub-district area, consisting of:
1. Beji Village;

Section 7
(1) The Depok Administrative City Government Centre is based in Depok City.
(2) The District Governance Centre of Pancoran Mas is based in Pancoran Mas Village.
(3) The Beji District Government Centre is based in Beji Village.
(4) Sukmajaya Subdistrict Governance Centre is based in Sukmajaya Village.

BAB IV
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Section 8

BAB V
THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 9
(1) The organizational structure of the Subdistrict Government which is in effect before the enactment of this Government Regulation remains in effect until the enactment of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior governing the Pattern of Organizations The Administrative Municipal Administration Of Depok.
(2) All Regional Regulations and Local Government decisions applicable to the Depok District Governing District Government prior to the enactment of this Government Regulation remain in effect for the Depok Administrative City Area Government.
(3) Issues concerning the field of staffing, finance, materiel and others arising as a result of the change in status of the region as referred to in the Regulation of this Government are resolved by the Regent of the Chief of Regions Level II of Bogor on behalf of the Governor of West Java Level I Regional Head.

BAB VI
THE CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 10
(1) By the enactment of this Government Regulation, the Government of the Depok Subdistrict as referred to in the list of the Staatsblad annex of 1935 Number 123 was abolished.
(2) Things arising in the implementation of this Government Regulation, completed by the Governor of the Head of the Western Java I Section of the Interior on behalf of the Minister of the Interior.

Section 11
The Regulation of this Government begins to apply on the date of the promulctest.
