ABOUT
THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BEKASI ADMINISTRATIVE CITY

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. That is connected to the development and progress of the West Java region in general and the District of Bekasi District as well as parts of the Tambun Region in particular, are seen as necessary to organize the governance of the region. specifically to ensure that the progress and progress demands are in accordance with the people's aspirations in the Bekasi district and parts of the District of Tambun;
B. that the development and progress in the Bekasi District Area and a portion of the District of Tambun District have demonstrated the characteristics and nature of urban livelihood that requires coaching as well as the setting of government in particular;
c. that under the terms referred to in Section 72 paragraph (4) of the Law No. 5 Year 1974 on the Principles of Governance In the Regions, the establishment of the Bekasi Administrative City needs to be established with the Government Regulation;

Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;

3. Act No. 14 of 1950 on the Establishment of the County Regions in the Propinsion Environment of West Java;
4. Act No. 5 Year 1974 on the Subjects Of The Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Extra State Sheet Number 3037);

DECIDED:

Establish: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF BEKASI.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
a. Area is the Autonomous Region as referred to in the provisions of Act No. 5 of the Year 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The State Gazette Area 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
B. Administrative Region is the region as referred to in Article 72 of the paragraph (4) of the Law No. 5 of 1974 on the Subjects Of Government In The Area (State Sheet Of 1974 Number 38, Additional Gazette Number 3037);
C. The district of Bekasi and the District of Tambun Subdistrict is as mentioned in the list of the 1935 Staatsblad Annex Number 123.

BAB II
THE PURPOSE OF FORMATION

Section 2

THE POSITION, FUNCTION, EXTENT, AND DIVISION OF THE REGION

Section 3

(1) The Bekasi Administrative Region Region includes:
a. Bekasi District Area, consisting of:
1. Kelurahan Bekasi Jaya;
2. Margahayu Kelurahan;
3. Kelurahan Marga Jaya;
4. Marga Mulya Kelurahan;
5. Officer Village;
6. The Kelurahan of Hope Jaya;
7. The Fighter Pod;
8. Central Kalibro Village;
9. Satria Field Kelurahan;
10. The Bintara Village;
11. Jakasampurna Kelurahan;
12. Replacement of the Assent;
13. Manage Throughout Jaya;
14. Kelurahan Duren Jaya;
15. Kelurahan Pekayon Jaya;
16. Kelurahan Kayuringin Jaya;
