b. that in accordance with the provisions of article 75Undang-law No. 5 of 1974, formation of sub set with government regulations;

Article 10 (1) of the administrative center of Padang Panjang Timur Subdistrict located at the bottom of the tail.

Article 11 any changes to the village-the village as referred to in article 1, article 2, article 3, article 4, article 5, article 6, article 7, article 8, and article 9 of this Regulation, both because of the expansion of merging, removal, change the name and boundaries of the neighborhood along does not result in a change in the boundaries of the districts, established by the Minister of the Interior.

Article 12 deals with everything and as a result of the formation of 9 (nine) sub-district in the Province level I Areas of West Sumatra is governed by the Governor of West Sumatra level I Area having regard to the financial ability of the Central Government/region at the stage right now.

Article 13 this Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.

So that every one knows it, ordered the enactment of this Regulation with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
