ABOUT
SALE OF ALL SHARES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S SHARES IN
COMPANY COMPANY (PERSERO) The PT. MADURA CEMENT
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to safeguard the implementation of the long-term development of the world economic recession, the Government has taken the rescheduled measures of projects including the possibility of its restraint to private parties;
B. that in connection with the rescheduled scheduling of the project, it is seen as necessary to sell the entire State-owned shares of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Madura cement which has been established in order to carry out the project of building a cement plant in Madura to private parties interested in continuing to continue the construction project of the plant;
c. that the sale of seturuh shares belongs to the State of the Republic of Indonesia on the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Madura cement as referred to in the letter b above needs to be established with the Government Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;

The Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) as has been several times amended and the last denpn of Law Number 4 of 1971 on Change and the Addition of the provisions of Article 54 of the Law Act Trade (staatsblad Of 1847 Number 23), (sheet Of State Of 1971 Number 20, Extra State Sheet Number 2959);
3. Code Number 9 Year 1969 on Establishing Statutory Replacement Government Number 1 Law 1969 (1969 State Sheet Number 16, Additional State Sheet Number 2890) on the Forms of State Effort (State Gazette 1969 Number 40, Additional Gazette Number 2904);
4. Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 on the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) (State Gazette 1969 number 21, Additional Gazette number 2894) jo. Government Regulation Number 24 Year 1972 on Changes To The Terms Of Article 7 Of The Government Regulation Number 12 Of 1969 (state Sheet Of 1969 Number 21, Additional State Sheet 2894) About The Company Perseroan (PERSERO) (STATE SHEET) 1972 Number 32, Auxiliary State Sheet Number 2987);

SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE SALE OF THE ENTIRE SHARES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA IN THE COMPANY OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. MADURA CEMENT.

STOCK SALES
Section 1
The Republic of Indonesia released its stake in the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Semen Madura by selling all the shares he owns in the PERSERO to the private side.

SALES EXECUTION
Section 2
The Minister of Finance and the Minister of Industry set further implementation of the sale of the shares of the Company (PERSERO) of the shares of the Company. The PT. Madura's cement including the designation of the sale of the PERSERO shares is referred to by regard to the laws of the law.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 3
As of the date of completion of the sale/transfer of shares as referred to in Article 1, Government Regulation No. 36 of 1981 on the inclusion of the State Capital of Indonesia for the Establishment of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The area of the cement industry (State Gazette 1981 No. 52) was declared no longer valid.
Section 4
These Government regulations begin to take effect on the date of promulgations.
