THE PASSAGE OF THE TERM AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ROMANIAN SOCIALIST REPUBLIC ON ECONOMIC COOPERATION, ENGINEERING AND SCIENCE

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that in Jakarta, on November 23, 1982, the Delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia had signed a long-term Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Romania on economic cooperation, engineering and the Science, as a result of the negotiations between the Delegation of the Government of Indonesia and the Delegation of the Government of the
B. that in accordance with the Amanat of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the People's Representative Council Number 2826 /HK/1960 dated August 22, 1960, is seen as necessary to pass the Agreement with the Presidential Decree;

Remembering: Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;

DECIDED:

SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE PASSAGE OF LONG-TERM APPROVAL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ROMANIAN SOCIALIST REPUBLIC ON ECONOMIC COOPERATION, ENGINEERING AND SCIENCE.

Section 1
Ratify the long-term Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Romania on economic cooperation, engineering and science, which had been signed in Jakarta, on November 23, 1982, as the outcome of negotiations between the Delegation of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Delegation of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Romania, as attached to this Presidential Decree
Section 2
The President ' s decision comes into effect on the promulgated date.

In order for everyone to know, order the invitation of the Presidential Decree with its placement in the Republic of Indonesia State Sheet.
