CANDIDATES FOR NATIONAL LEVEL /Manggala LEVEL FOR BP7 LEVEL
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing in: that in order to increase and expand the Penitentiary Guidelines and the Pancasila Security Guidelines are seen to host the National Prospective/Manggala Candidate Enhancing and updating the Manggala power. on the Board of Coaching Education of Cognition Guidelines and the Pancasila observance (BP7);
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Invite of 1945;
2. Presidential Decree Number 10 of 1979 on the Education Development Board Implementation of the Governing Guidelines and the Seekers of the Pencasila;
DECIDED:
Establish: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ENLARGING OF THE BP7 NATIONAL/MANGGALA RATE CANDIDATE LEVEL.
Section 1
(1) To further enhance and expand the Corrections of Ahayatan Guideline and Withdrawal Guidelines, the Government organizes the National Targeting Candidate of the National Level/Manggala BP7
(2) The inclusion of the event as referred to in verse (1) is carried out in June and July 1990 at the Bogor Palace.
Section 2
(1) The inclusion of the event as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2) is exercised by BP7 under the guidance of the BP7 guidance Council and is assisted by the National Level Atar/Manggala BP7.
(2) The Ministers/Leaders of the Non-Department Government Institute provide the necessary assistance for the successful implementation of such an event.
Section 3
The participants of the event as referred to in Article 1 are those who pass the National Service Level either organized for the Organisationorganization Community and for the People's Republic of Indonesia.
Section 4
Any necessary fees for the preparation and hosting of the event as referred to in Article 1 is charged to the BP7 budget.
Section 5
Further implementation of this Presidential Decree on the set by the Chief of BP7.
Section 6
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
