INTO THE COMPANY ' S CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to further improve and develop the business activities of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Garuda Indonesia Aviation Company, seen as necessary to increase the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO);
., b. that the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the State, needs to be established with Government Regulation;
.,, Given: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. The Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) as has been several times amended, last with Law No. 4 of 1971 (State Gazette of 1971 Number 20, Extra State Sheet Number 2959);
., 3. Law Number 9 of the Year 1969 on the Enaconing Of The Statutory Successor Government Number 1 Year 1969 on State Forms Of Effort (state Gazette 1969 Number 16, Additional Gazette number 2890) into Law (State Gazette 1969 Number 40, Additional Gazette Number 2904);
., 4. Government Regulation Number 12 of 1969 on the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) (1969 State Sheet Number 21, Additional Gazette State Number 2894) as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972 (State Sheet) 1972 Number 32, Auxiliary Leaf Country Number 2987);
. .5. "Garuda Indonesia Airways" became the Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) (State Gazette of 1971 Number 87);

Government Regulation No. 3 of 1983 on the Governance of Coaching And Supervision Of The Corporation (PERJAN), Public Company (PERUM), And The Company Of Perseroan (PE.RSERO) (State Sheet Of 1983 Number 3, Additional Sheet Country Number 3246) as has been amended with Government Regulation No. 28 of 1983 (State Sheet of 1983 Number 37);

.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. GARUDA INDONESIA AVIATION COMPANY.
BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Garuda Indonesia Aviation Corporation established under Government Regulation No. 67 of 1971.
Section 2
The addition of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 1 of Rp848,797.724.247, 20 (eight hundred and forty eight billion seven hundred and ninety-seven million twenty-four thousand two hundred and forty-seven rupiah two) (20 cents) with the details as follows:
., 1. The Universal Development Fund amounted to Rp5,636.956.000.00 (five billion six hundred and thirty-six million nine hundred and fifty six thousand rupiah);
., 2. Procuring Aircraft (2 DC-10 and 3 DC-9) as well as a reserve tribe of Rp38.369.367.053.64 (thirty-eight billion three hundred and sixty nine million three hundred sixty-three thousand rupiah sixty-four cents);
., 3. The Company ' s former Perseroan Companies (PERSERO) The PT. The dove Nusantara Airlines amounted to Rp32.531,045.153.09 (thirty-two billion five hundred and thirty-one million forty-five thousand one hundred and fifty-three rupiah);
., 4. Building on Jalan Supomo Jakarta, Hotel Nusa Dua Bali, Payment of debt and interest, the Acquisition of Aircraft (4 F-27/600) and its support facilities as well as purchase of inventory of Garuda maintenance facilities as large as Rp356.003.237.225, 47 (three hundred and five) Six billion three million two hundred and thirty-seven thousand two hundred and twenty-five rupiah forty-seven cents);
. .5. The Revaluation Activa Tangible Assets of Rp416.257.118.815.00 (four hundred sixteen billion two hundred and fifty-seven million hundred and eighteen thousand, eight hundred and fifteen hundred and fifteen hundred thousand.)

IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION ADDITIONS
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Garuda Indonesia Aviation Corporation as referred to in Article 1 is conducted under the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad Year 1847 Number 23) as it has been several times amended, last with Act No. 4 of the Year 1971, with regard to the provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended by the Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Transportation, both jointly and individually in accordance with their respective fields of duty.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
