PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, stipulating: REGULATIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE HEALTH MAINTENANCE OF CIVIL SERVANTS, RETIRED RECIPIENTS, VETERANS, THE PIONEERS OF INDEPENDENCE AND THEIR FAMILIES.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
., 1. Participants were civil servants, retired recipients, veterans and the study of independence paying dues for the guarantee of health maintenance.
., 2. Civil servants are the candidates for civil servants, civil servants, and state officials as referred to in the Law No. 8 of the Year of the Year in 1974 concerning the subjects of the employment of the civil servants.
., 3. Veterans are Veterans as referred to in Law No. 7 of 1987 on Veterans of the Republic of Indonesia.

5. Retire recipients are:
., a., a. Civil Service employees who cease with pension rights;
., b. Soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia and civil servants in the environment of the Department of Defense Security and Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia who cease with pension rights;
C. State officials who cease with pension rights;
., d. Widow or widower or orphaned child of a civil servant, a soldier of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia and a civil servant in the environment of the Department of Defense Security and Armed Forces of the Republic of Indonesia as well as the Acting State Officer Got a pension.
., 6. A family is a wife or husband of a participant and a legitimate child or foster child of a participant in accordance with applicable laws.
., 7. Health care is a ceschatan effort that includes improvement, prevention, healing, and health care recovery.
., 8. The governing body is a state-owned enterprise dedicated to organizing health care for civil servants, retired recipients, veterans, independence, and their families in accordance with the rules. Applicable laws.
9. The Minister is the responsible Minister in the field of health.

BAB II
THE PARTICIPANT AND THE MEMBERSHIP

Section 2
Every Civil Servant, Retired Recipient, Veteran, Pioneer of Independence, is required to be a participant in the health care program as intended in this Government Regulation.

Section 3
Enterprise and other entity employees as well as their pension recipients can be participants of the health maintenance hosted by the Organizing Agency.

Section 4
.,, (1) At the commencement of the health care participant that is since the concerned paid dues.
.,, (2) A participant is no longer a health maintenance participant if the concerned stop paying dues.

Section 5
Widow or widower or orphaned child of Veterans or Pioneers of Independence became a participant according to this Government Regulation.

Section 6
The registration of health care inclusion is performed collectively through the Instancy/Institution/Agency concerned.

BAB III
THE PARTICIPANT ' S OBLIGATION

Section 7
Civil Servants, Retirement recipients are required to pay their dues each month as well as the order of the order is set with the President's Decision.

Section 8
.,, (1) Iuran for Veterans and Pioneers of Independence, borne Government over the burden of Revenue Budget and State Shopping.
.,, (2) Iuran as referred to in paragraph (1) and the implementation of the payment is done by the Minister of Finance.

Section 9
.,, (1) Employees and Organizational Pension Recipients and other Bodies who are health maintenance participants as referred to in Section 3 are required to pay their dues every month.
., (2) The subject and execution of the dues for the Employees and the Other Entity's Retirement Recipients as referred to in the paragraph (1) is performed by the Organizing Board.

Section 10
.,, (1) The participant is required to provide an actual description of who he is and his family for the drafting of the participants ' data.
.,, (2) Participants and their families are required to have self-identification published by the Organizing Board.
., (3) Participant and his family are required to find out and obey the rules of the health of the health care.

BAB IV
THE PARTICIPANT ' S RIGHT

Section 11
.,, (1) Each participant and his family have the same rights and opportunities in health care, according to the medical needs.
.,, (2) Participants and their families are entitled to a health care and/or replacement fee for the maintenance of the health care based on the health care standards set by the President.
.,, (3) Attendees are entitled to an explanation of the provisions of the establishment of health care.

Section 12
.,, (1) The cost of health care according to the standard of service as referred to in Article 11 of the paragraph (2) is paid under the rate specified by the Minister.
.,, (2) All charges exceeding the standard of service and the fare as referred to in paragraph (1) be the burden and responsibility of the participants.

Section 13
Health care as referred to in this Government Regulation applies only to health care within the country.

BAB V
THE ORGANIZER BODY

Section 14
The hosting of health care as referred to in this Government Regulation is performed by the Organizing Board which is called responsibility in accordance with the applicable laws.

Section 15
The body of the cloaking must always perfect or develop a system that can guarantee increased health care for participants and their families quickly and enough.

Section 16

BAB VI
EXECUTOR OF THE SERVICE

Section 17
Health care executors are required to provide health care according to the participant's medical needs.

Section 18
.,, (1) The health care service is entitled to receive payment in accordance with the applicable tariffs.
.,, (2) Health services are entitled to an explanation of the provisions of the establishment of health care.

BAB VII
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 19
.,, (1) With the enactment of this Government Regulation, all regulation of the Government Regulation Law No. 22 of 1984 remains in effect as long as not contradictory or unaltered under this Government Regulation.
.,, (2) With the enactment of this Government Regulation, all participants under Government Regulation No. 22 of 1984 remain participants under this Government Regulation.

Section 20
With the enactment of this Government Regulation, the Government Regulation No. 22 of 1984 on the Maintenance of the Civilian Civil Servants and the Recipient Pension and his family members, is stated to be no longer valid.

Section 21
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
