INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that to further enhance and develop the business activities of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Paper Kraft Aceh, it is necessary to add the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO);
., b. that funds derived from the conversion of foreign loans used to finance the PT paper mill project. Kraft Aceh paper can be set to expand the inclusion of State capital into the stock capital of Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Kraft Aceh paper;
.,, c. that the addition of the inclusion of the capital of the State, needs to be established with the Government Regulation;

BAB I
THE ADDITION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of a capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The paper Kraft Aceh was established under Government Regulation No. 31 of 1982.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 1 comes from the conversion of foreign loans used to finance the PT paper mill project. Kraft Aceh paper.
.,, (2) The value of adding a State capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The paper Kraft Aceh, as referred to in verse (1) of Rp356.365,904,782,-(three hundred fifty-six billion three hundred and sixty-five million nine hundred and forty-five thousand seven hundred and eighty-two thousand rupiah).

IMPLEMENTATION OF CAPITAL INCLUSION ADDITIONS
Section 3
Implementation of the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The paper Kraft Aceh as referred to in Article 1 is conducted under the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) as it has been changed several times, last with Law No. 4 of 1971 with The provisions set forth in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended by Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Industry both jointly and individually in accordance with the fields of their respective duties.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
