Labor Social Insurance based on Government Regulation No. 14 of 1993 on the Governing Workforce Social Security Program has hosted the Social Security Warranty Program, it is time to be designated as the Agency for the Social Security Council. Organizer;
.,, c. that in connection with that above, is seen needing to set the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Workforce Social Insurance as the Organizing Agency of the Social Security Security Program with Government Regulation;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ORGANIZING BODY OF THE WORKFORCE SOCIAL SECURITY PROGRAM.
Section 1
.,, (1) Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Labor Social Insurance, established under Government Regulation No. 19 of 1990, is designated as the Organizing Agency for the social security program of the labor force as referred to in Law No. 3 of 1992.
.,, (2) Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Workforce Social Insurance as referred to in paragraph (1) is renamed to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Social Security Security.
Section 2
The intent and purpose of the Organizing Agency as referred to in Article 1 is to host:
a. Work Crash Guarant;
B. Death Warranty;
C. Old Day Guaraner;
D. Health Maintenance Guarantee.
Section 3
.,, (1) By the establishment of this Government Regulation, the State-Owed Business Agency that has been organizing part or all of the Social Insurance program under Government Regulation No. 33 of 1977 is required to submit. All rights and obligations that relate to the security of the Social Insurance program are referred to the Organizing Board as referred to in Section 1.
., (2) Surrender as referred to in paragraph (1), performed at least 1 (one) years since the enactment of this Government Regulation.
Section 4
.,, (1) The coaching and supervision of the hosting of the workforce social security program by the Organizing Board is carried out the Minister responsible in the field of employment.
.,, (2) In conducting of coaching and supervision as in-intent in paragraph (1), the responsible Minister in the field of employment may conduct an immediate examination of every time.
Section 5
With the provisions of this Government Regulation, then Article 2 of the Government Regulation No. 19 of 1990 is declared no longer valid.
Section 6
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
