Article 3 the rest of the Budget More Calculations the State budget fiscal year 1996/1997 is amounting to Rp 1.017.516.727.734 (one trillion seventeen billion five hundred sixteen million seven hundred twenty seven thousand seven hundred thirty-four dollars).

Article 4 this Act comes into force on the date of promulgation.

Calculation of the State budget, fiscal year 1996/1997 submitted by the Government to the House of representatives to meet the obligation to hold a calculation and accountability on the implementation of the budget of the State Expenditures and revenues of the fiscal year 1996/1997, as stipulated in article 12 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of Act No. 2 of 1996 about the budget of the State Expenditures and revenues of the fiscal year 1996/1997. The calculation of this Budget is the final stage of a series of State budget cycles that are closely related to the exercise of the discretion of the dynamic balanced budget as mandated in the outlines of the bow of the State.
