THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE HINDU RELIGIOUS HIGH SCHOOL

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PUBLIC HINDU RELIGIOUS HIGH SCHOOL.
Section 1
Established the next High School of Hindu Religion in the Presidential Decree this is abbreviated as STAHN as a College in the Department of Religious Affairs located in Denpasar.
Section 2
STAHN is headed by the STAHN Chairperson who is seated below and directly responsible to the Minister of Religious Affairs.
Section 3
STAHN has the task of organizing professional and/or academic education programs in the field of Hindu religious sciences.
Section 4
The STAHN organization consists of:
a. Lead Element: Chairman and Associate Chair;
B. Senate STAHN;
C. Academic Executor Element;
D. Administrative Executor Element;
e. The Visitor element.
Section 5
Academic coaching is conducted by the Minister of Education and Culture and the coaching is functionally exercised by the Minister of Religious Affairs, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 6
The details of the task, function, organizational arrangement and work of the STAHN are set by the Minister of Religious Affairs after receiving written approval from the Minister of State Coordinating the State of Development Monitoring and the State of Personnel Stakeholders.
Section 7
With the enactment of this Presidential Decree, the Hindu Religious Teachers ' Academy of Education in Denpasar is integrated into STAHN in Denpasar.
Section 8
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
