.,,, weighed: that in the course of implementing the provisions of Article 59 of the Law No. 22 Year 1999 on the Local Government, it needs to govern regarding the Financial Occupation of the Regional Head and the Deputy Head of the Regions with Government Regulation;

.,, SET: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE FINANCIAL STANDING OF THE REGIONAL HEAD AND THE DEPUTY HEAD OF THE AREA.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
., 1. The Head of the Region is the Governor of Propinsi, the Regent for the County District or the Mayor for the City Region as referred to in Law No. 22 of 1999.
., 2. Operational Support Fees are the cost to support the implementation of the Head of the Regional Head and the Deputy Head of the Regions.

REGIONAL HEAD SEAT AND
THE DEPUTY HEAD OF THE AREA

Section 2
The Regional Head and Regional Deputy Chief is State Officials.

Section 3
.,, (1) The civil servant who was appointed to the Head of Regional or Deputy Chief of Regions was exempt from his organics post without losing his status as a civil servant.
.,, (2) During being the Regional Head or Deputy Chief of the Regions as referred to in paragraph (1), the Concerned Civil Servant may be raised in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
.,, (3) the Regional Chief and Deputy Chief of the Regions who are from the Civil Servant as referred to in verse (1) who stopped with respect from his post is returned to his native instance.

The First Part
Salary and Improvement

Section 4
.,, (1) the Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regions is granted a salary, which consists of principal salary, benefits of office, and other allowances.
.,, (2) The top salary principal of the Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regions is set with Government Regulation.
.,, (3) the benefits of office and other allowances as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified in accordance with the provisions of the laws applicable to the State Officials, unless otherwise specified by the laws.

Section 5
The Regional Head and Deputy Chief of the Regions are not justified in accepting the income and or the double facilities of the State.

The Second Part
Means and Expenses Expenses

Section 6
.,, (1) the Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regions is provided each of the respective houses of office along with its equipment and payment fees.
.,, (2) If the Regional Head and Deputy Chief of the Regions cease from office, the office of office and its equipment is remanded in full and in good state to the Local Government without an obligation from the Government. The area.

Section 9
.,, (1) The charge of the Regional Chief operational support and the Deputy Chief of the Propinsi Region is set on the basis of the Regional Original Income classification as follows:

., a., a. up to the Rp15 billion at the lowest Rp150 million and the highest at 1.75%;
., b. above Rp15 billion s/d Rp50 is at least Rp262.5 million and the highest at 1%;
.,, c. above Rp50 billion s/d Rp100 billion is at least Rp500 million and the highest at 0.75%;
., d. above Rp100 billion s/d Rp250 billion is the lowest Rp750 million and the highest at 0.40%;
., e. above Rp250 billion s/d Rp500 billion is the lowest Rp1 billion and the highest at 0.25%;
., f. Above the Rp500 billion is the lowest of Rp1.25 billion and the highest at a rate of 0.15%.
.,, (2) The charge of the District/City Regional Head operational support fee, is specified under the Regional Original Income classification as follows:

., a., a. up to Rp5 billion at the lowest Rp125 million and at the highest of 3%;
., b. above Rp5 billion s/d Rp10 billion is the lowest Rp150 million and the most high of 2%;
.,, c. above Rp10 billion s/d Rp20 billion is at least Rp200 million and the highest at 1.50%;
., d. above Rp20 billion s/d Rp50 billion is the lowest Rp300 million and the highest at 0.80%;
., e. above Rp50 billion s/d Rp150 billion is the lowest Rp400 billion and the highest at 0.40%;
., f. Above Rp150 billion is the lowest of Rp600 million and the highest at 0.15%.

Section 10
.,, (1) Spending related to the implementation of Article 6, Section 7 and Section 8, is charged to the Regional Revenue and Shopping Budget.
.,, (2) The Regional Regulation governing the provision of the budget for the financial position of the Regional Head and Deputy Chief of Regions outside specified in this Government Regulation may be cancelled.
.,, (3) The cancellation as referred to in paragraph (2), for the Propinsi Regional Regulation is carried out by the Minister of the Interior and Regional Autonomy on behalf of the President.
.,, (4) The cancellation as referred to in paragraph (2), for the County/City Regional Regulation is carried out by the Governor as a representative of the government.

BAB IV
OTHER LAIN-CONDITIONS

Section 11
With the enactment of this Government Regulation, all laws that are contrary to this Government Regulation, are declared not applicable.

Section 12
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.

I. UMUM

., therefore, in carrying out its duties and functions as state officials need to be granted financial rights in the form of salary and benefits financed through the State Budget and Shopping Budget (APBN). However, in implementing its position as Regional Head and Deputy Head of the Regions need to be supported at the cost of supporting the Regional Head's operational activities in the framework of coordination, social security countermeasures, community protection and Other activities related to the coaching of unity and unity of the nation, which are financed through the APBD.
