.,,, In a draw: that the Budget Year Development Year 2000 as referred to in the Law Number 2 of the Year 2000 on the State Budget Year of Budget 2000 needs to be further detailed into the sub sector, program, project and Department/Institution concerned;
.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 23 of the Basic Law of 1945 as amended by the Second Amendment of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Indische Comptabiliteitswet (The Staatsblad of 1925 Number 448) as has been several times amended, last with Law Number 9 of 1968 (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1968 number 53, Additional Gazette number 2860);
., 3. Law No. 2 of the Year 2000 on Budget and State Shopping of the Year 2000 Budget (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 38, Additional Gazette number 3944);
., 4. The decision of the President No. 17 Year 2000 on the Implementation of the Budget and Shopping of the State (the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia of 2000 Number 14, Additional Gazette State Number 3930);
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE DETAILS OF THE SPENDING ON DEVELOPMENT OF THE 2000 BUDGET YEAR.
Section 1
., (1) The sectors of the Budget Year Development of the 2000 Budget as referred to in Article 5 paragraph (3) of the Law No. 2 Year 2000 on the Budget and State Shopping of the Budget Year of 2000, are detailed in sub sector, program, and the Department/Institution is concerned as set forth in Appendix A. 1, A. 2, and Annex B. 1, B. 2 Decision of this President.
.,, (2) Further details as referred to in paragraph (1) into the project according to each Department/Institution are specified as set forth in Annex C. 01 to the Annex C. 31 of this Presidential Decree.
Section 2
Number of charges in one or interchange of the project and the program is conducted as defined in Section 44, Section 45, and Section 46 of the President's Decision Number 17 Year 2000 on the Implementation of the Revenue Budget and the State Shopping.
Section 3
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Presidential Decree are governed by the Minister of Finance.
Section 4
The President ' s decision came into effect on the set date and the retroactive effect since April 1, 2000.
