PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: that the Librarian Allowance as specified in Presidential Decree Number 65 of 1992 on the Allowance Of Librarian's Office, Flight Engineer, The Quality of the Goods, and the Computer Pranata is no longer in compliance with the the development of the state, therefore it is seen to be redefined by the Presidential Decree;

., 2. Law No. 8 of 1974 on the Poes of Subjects (1974 State Gazette Number 55, Additional State Sheet Number 3041) as amended by Law No. 43 of 1999 (State Gazette 1999 Number 169, Extra State Sheet Number 3890);
., 3. Government Regulation No. 7 of 1977 on the Regulation of the Salary Of Civil Servants (State Gazette 1977 Number 11, Additional Gazette State Number 3098) as has been several times amended last with Government Regulation No. 6 of 1997 (State Gazette 1997 Number 19);
., 4. Government Regulation Number 16 of 1994 on Functional Office Civil Servants (state Gazette 1994 Number 22, Additional Gazette Number 3547);
. .5. Decision President Number 65 of 1992 on Allowance Of Librarian's Office, Flight Engineer, Quality of the Goods, and Computer Pranata;
., 6. The decision of President Number 87 of 1999 on the Functional Functional Office Of Civil Servants;
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE ALLOWANCE OF LIBRARIANS.
Section 1
In this Presidential Decree referred to the Functional Office Allowance of the Librarian, the next is called the Librarian Allowance is the functional office allowance given to the Functional Civil Servant. Librarians conform to the provisions of the applicable laws.
Section 2
To Civil Servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Functional Librarian is given the Librarian Allowance each month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Librarian allowance is as follows:
., a., a. Starting from April 2000 to May 2000 is as attached to this Attachment I Decision of the President;
., b. From June 2000 to the Presidential Decree, the Presidential Decree is as attached to this President's Decree II;
., c. Starting in November 2000 is as attached to the Presidential Decree of this President.
Section 4
Civil servants, as referred to in Section 2, are terminated in accordance with the terms of this section, where they are appointed as structural or other functional offices, or because of other means that result in the granting of the allowance is terminated.
Section 5
The technical provisions of this Presidential Decree are further set forth by the Minister of Finance and the Head of the State Board of State, both collectively and individually according to their respective fields of duty.
Section 6
By the enactment of this Presidential Decree, the provisions governing the Librarian Allowance in Presidential Decree Number 65 of 1992 on Allowance Of Librarian's Office, Flight Engineer, The Quality Of The Quality Of Goods, And Computer Prankters, declared not applicable.
Section 7
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
