.,, Considering: 1. Article 5 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution as amended by the third change of the Constitution of 1945;

Act No. 9 of 1969 concerning the determination of the Government regulation of a replacement law number 1 Year 1969 about State Business Forms (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia number 16 in 1969, State Gazette Supplementary Number 2890) into law (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 in 1969, State Gazette Supplementary Number 2809);

DECIDED:.,, set: GOVERNMENT REGULATION of the SALE of SHARES of STATE-OWNED PT SOCFIN INDONESIA in INDONESIA.
CHAPTER I SALE of SHARES article 1.,, (1) the Republic of Indonesia make sales partially owns shares in PT Socfin Indonesia to a strategic partner.
.,, (2) sale of shares referred to in subsection (1), having regard to the principle of best price quote.
Article 2 of the stock sale proceeds as referred to in article 1 is deposited directly into the State Treasury after deducting all fees associated with the sale, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

Section 3.,, (1) the shares are being sold as referred to in article 1 a maximum of 40% (forty per cent).
.,, (2) the number of shares and the magnitude of the value of the shares to be sold are set by the Minister of State-owned enterprises.
.,, (3) the Minister of State-owned enterprises reported a large number of shares and the magnitude of the value of the shares being sold to the Minister of finance after the execution of the sale of shares.
CHAPTER II IMPLEMENTATION of the SALE of SHARES article 4 implementation of the sale of shares of the Republic of Indonesia as a ubiquitous referred to in article 1 is carried out according to the provisions of Act No. 1 of 1995, having regard to the provisions contained in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1998 as amended by the Government Regulation Number 45 in 2001 and Government Regulation Number 64 in 2001, as well as other applicable laws and regulations.

CHAPTER III the CLOSING PROVISIONS article 5 further Provisions necessary for the implementation of this Regulation is governed by the Minister of finance and Minister of State-owned enterprises either singly or together in accordance with its duties and respectively.

Article 6 this Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Regulation with its placement in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
