RATIFICATION INTERNATIONAL COFFEE AGREEMENT, 2001

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that as a result of the International Coffee Council hearing on September 28, 2000 in London, England, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has approved the International Coffee Agreement, 2001 (International Coffee Agreement, 2001);
B. that in connection with it, it is seen necessary to pass the Agreement with the President ' s Decision;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law No. 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State Sheet 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette State Number 4012);
3. Presidential Decree No. 3 of 1995 on the Unrest of the International Coffee Agreement, 1994 (International Coffee Treaty, 1994).
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE PASSAGE OF THE INTERNATIONAL COFFEE AGREEMENT, 2001 (INTERNATIONAL COFFEE AGREEMENT, 2001).
Section 1
It passed the International Coffee Agreement, 2001 (International Coffee Treaty, 2001), as a result of the International Coffee Council on September 28, 2000 in London, England, whose original copy of the manuscript was in English and the International Coffee Council. Translation in the Indonesian language as attached to this Presidential Decree.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation between the manuscript translation of the Agreement in Indonesian with a copy of the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original copy of the manuscript is in the language of the original text in English. English.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
