Affirm Vice President to perform the day-to-day duties of the President as referred to in Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2000 on the Assignment Vice President Carries Out Presidential Duties In Regards To The President Being Outside The country, as long as the President carries a State Visit to Bangladesh, Mongolia, Japan and Vietnam which will take place from June 18, 2003 to June 27, 2003 or until the date comes back on the homeland.
SECOND:
This President ' s decision comes into effect on the set date.
