AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA ON COOPERATION IN
THE FIELD OF ENERGY AND MINERAL SOURCES

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. that in Seoul, South Korea, on 30 March 2002 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Korea on Cooperation in the Field of Energy and Sources Minerals, as a result of the negotiations between the delegates of the Government of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Korea;
., b. that in respect of that, it is deemed necessary to validate the Agreement with the President's Decision;

.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Law Number 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State Sheet 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette Number 4012);

DECIDED:

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE PASSAGE OF APPROVAL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA ON COOPERATION IN THE FIELDS OF ENERGY AND MINERAL SOURCES.

Section 1
Ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Korea on Cooperation in the Field of Energy and Mineral Resources, which the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed in Seoul, South Korea, on On 30 March 2002, as a result of negotiations between the delegates of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Korea which copies of the original manuscripts in Indonesian, Korean and English as attached to the Presidential Decree this.

Section 2
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
