AUTHORIZATION FOR APPROVAL BETWEEN THE INDONESIAN REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT
AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KOREAN PEOPLE ' S DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC REGARDING SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. that in Jakarta, on 11 July 2002 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia had signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on Scientific and Technology Cooperation, as a result of negotiations between the delegates of the Government of Indonesia and the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea;
., b. that in respect of that, it is deemed necessary to validate the Agreement with the President's Decision;

.,, Given: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
., 2. Law Number 24 Year 2000 on International Agreement (State Sheet 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette Number 4012);

DECIDED:

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE PASSAGE OF APPROVAL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE' S REPUBLIC OF KOREA REGARDING SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL COOPERATION.

Section 1
Ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on Scientific and Technology Cooperation, which the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed in Jakarta, on 11 July 2002, as The result of negotiations between the delegates of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea which copies of the original manuscripts in Indonesian, Korean and English as attached to the Presidential Decree.

Section 2
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
