TROUBLED AND HIS FAMILY FROM MALAYSIA

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. that in accordance with the Opening of the Basic Law of 1945, one of the purposes of the State of the State of the Republic of Indonesia is to protect the whole
., b. That the development of the Malaysian Government's policy on repatriation of the troubled Indonesian workforce and its family is very influential towards the presence of Indonesian labour working in Malaysia and their families;
.,, c. that the employment issue in Indonesia today and at the coming time is still at the growth rate of the new workforce high enough and the limited employment opportunities available within the country;
., d. That the process of repatriation of the Indonesian workforce is problematic, and that the families of Malaysia need special attention, are handled in coordination with the continued upholding of the prestige and dignity as human, the rights of workers and their families. Under applicable laws and regulations,
., e. that in connection with this, it is seen that it is necessary to form the troubled Indonesian Labor Player Coordination Team and its family from Malaysia with the Presidential Decree;

DECIDED:

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S DECISION ON THE COORDINATION TEAM OF REPATRIATION OF INDONESIA' S TROUBLED LABOUR FORCE AND HIS FAMILY FROM MALAYSIA.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In the Presidential Decree this is the Indonesian Working Labour which works in Malaysia that does not have a work permit and/or documents that are legitimate to work in Malaysia and/or who work. not in accordance with the work permit that is owned.

BAB II
FORMATION AND TASK

Section 2
.,, (1) forming the Coordinating Team of Indonesia's troubled workforce and its family from Malaysia which is later in the Presidential Decree it is referred to as TK-PTKIB, as a coordination vessel both at the Central level, in the Republican Representative. Indonesia in Malaysia, as well as at the Regional level.
(2) TK-PTKIB are below and are responsible to the President.

Section 3
.,, (1) TK-PTKIB has the task of compiling and coordinating the policy and repatriation of Indonesian Workforce Problems and his Family from Malaysia to Indonesia.
.,, (2) The execution of TK-PTKIB ' s duties as referred to in paragraph (1) is done with regard to the provisions of applicable laws and human rights.

Section 4
In carrying out the task, TK-PTKIB take the steps required for:
., a., a. conduct further coordination with the Government of Malaysia on the basis of the principle of mutual responsibility;
B. carrying out the dataan before departure/repayment;
c. conduct inspection and health services;
., d. Conduct and/or access to the IBM Cloud Service and any other rights and services that are not available to the IBM Cloud Service.
e. Passport Laksana Travel document (SPLP);
., f. configure the transport in accordance with the schedule and location of the repatriation/origin area;
., g. carrying out escorts, guards, safeguards and protection during the trip up to the place of origin;
., h. the delivery of basic needs services since from the shelter, during the journey up to the place of origin;
., i. prepare to return to a qualified Indonesian Workforce and meet the requirements.

Section 5
In carrying out its duties, TK-PTKIB cooperates with the Governor and the Regent/Mayor of the Indonesian Workforce matters and/or any other parties that are seen to be
Section 6
In carrying out the task, TK-PTKIB got a briefing from the Director Team consisting of:
a. Minister of State Coordinating People ' s Welfare Fields;
B. Minister of State Coordinating Field Economy;
C. Minister of State Coordinator of Political and Keamanaan Fields.

BAB III
ORGANIZATION

The First Part Membership

Section 7
The TK-PTKIB membership arrangement is made up of:
1. Chairman: Minister of State Coordinating People ' s Welfare Field

3. Vice Chairman II: Minister of Labour And Transmigration

B. Minister of Justice and Human Rights

h. State Minister of State-owned Enterprises
i. Indonesian National Army Commander
J. Head of the State Police of Indonesia
No, Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Malaysia
I. The Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Malaysia.
. .5. Secretary: Secretary of State Coordinating Minister of State for People's Welfare.
., 6. Deputy Secretary I: Director General of Protocol and Consular, Department of Foreign Affairs
., 7. Deputy Secretary II: Director General of Coaching and Placement of Foreign Labor, Department of Labor and Transmigration.

The Second Part
The secretaryness

Section 8
(1) In implementing its duties, TK-PTKIB is assisted by the secretariat.
.,, (2) The Secretariat as referred to in paragraph (1), is led by the kindergarten secretary-PTKIB.
.,, (3) Membership of the Secretariat as referred to in paragraph (2) is appointed by the chairman of TK-PTKIB.

The Third Part
Task Force

Section 9
.,, (1) To support the agility of the execution of the task, TK-PTKIB form a task force.
.,, (2) The membership of the task force as referred to in paragraph (1) is the associated Government Instancy official.
., (3) Further provisions regarding the membership, duties, and task of task force as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are set forth by the Chair of TK-PTKIB.

CHAPTER IV OF THE WORK ORDER

Section 10
The provisions regarding the TK-PTKIB work order are further set up by the TK-PTKIB Chairman.

Section 11
TK-PTKIB reports the results of the execution of TK-PTKIB duties to the President.

BAB V
THE FINANCING

Section 12
All costs required for the implementation of the TK-PTKIB task and the implementation of the Indonesian Labour repatriation Problems and its families from Malaysia to Indonesia are charged to the State Revenue and Shopping Budget.

BAB VI
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 13
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
