.,, c. that the employment problem in Indonesia at the moment and in the future are still at the level of the new labor force growth is high enough and the limited employment opportunities available within the country;

DECIDED:.,, define: PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ABOUT the TEAM COORDINATING the REPATRIATION of INDONESIAN TROUBLED LABOR and KELUARGNYA from MALAYSIA.
CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this presidential decree is a Troubled Indonesia's labor is a labor of Indonesia who work in Malaysia who has no work permit and/or valid documents to work in Malaysia and/or work not in accordance with the work permit.
CHAPTER II ESTABLISHMENT and TASKS article 2, (1) formed the team Coordinating the repatriation of Troubled Indonesia's labor and Keluargnya from Malaysia who is next in this presidential decree referred to as TK-PTKIB, as well the coordination of container at the central level, in the Representation of the Republic of Indonesia in Malaysia, as well as at local level. (2) TK-PTKIB is below and is responsible to the President.
Section 3.,, (1) TK-PTKIB have the task of drawing up and coordinating policies and programmes for the repatriation of the troubled Indonesia's labor and his family from Malaysia to Indonesia.

Article 4 in performing tasks, TK-PTKIB take the necessary lanngkah for:.,, a. do further coordination with the Government of Malaysia on the basis of the principle of shared responsibility; b. implement logging before departure/repatriation;
c. checks and health services;., d., do some checking and maintaining the rights of salary/wages/other income, property, accounts receivable and other inherent rights; e. granting travel documents Like Passport (SPLP);., f. arrange transportation in accordance with the repatriation schedule and destination location/area of origin;
.,, g. carrying out escort, care, security and protection during the journey to the place of origin;
.,, h. grant of Ministry basic necessities since from the shelter, during the journey to the place of origin;
.,, i. prepare back into Indonesia's labor and quality meet the requirements.
Article 5 in the discharge of his duties, the TK-PTKIB is working with the Governor and Regent/Mayor of the origin of the Troubled Indonesia's labor and/or other parties deemed necessary in the discharge of duties Article 6, TK-PTKIB got a briefing from Steering Team comprising: a. Coordinating Minister for people's welfare;
b. Coordinating Minister for the economy;
c. Coordinating Minister of political and Keamanaan.
CHAPTER III ORGANIZATION of the first part of membership article 7 composition of the membership of the TK-PTKIB consists of: 1. Chairman: State Minister for Coordinating people's welfare 2. Vice Chair: Minister Of Foreign Affairs 3. Vice Chairman II: Minister of manpower and transmigration, 4. members: a. the Minister of Home Affairs b. Minister of Justice and human rights Social Minister c. d. e. Health Minister of Transport Minister f. Finance Minister g. State Minister for women empowerment h. State Minister of State-owned enterprises of the National Army Commander i. j. Indonesia head of State police of the Republic of Indonesia k. Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Malaysia b. The Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia in Malaysia.

., ,6. Deputy Secretary I: Director General of Protocol and Consular departments abroad., .7. Deputy Secretary II: Director-General of the construction and placement of Foreign Labour, the Ministry of manpower and transmigration.
Secretarial part two article 8 (1) in carrying out its task, the TK-PTKIB, assisted by the Secretariat.
.,, (2) the secretariat mentioned in paragraph (1), headed by the Secretary of the TK-PTKIB.
.,, (3) the membership of the secretariat mentioned in paragraph (2) be appointed by the Chairman of the TK-PTKIB.
The third task force article 9.,, (1) to support the smooth execution of the task, the TK-PTKIB formed the task force.
.,, (2) the membership of the task force referred to in subsection (1) is a related Government Agency Officials.
.,, (3) further Provisions regarding the membership, tasks, and the work of a task force referred to in subsection (1) and paragraph (2) are defined by the Chairman of the TK-PTKIB.
CHAPTER IV the LAYOUT of WORK article 10 the provisions about the work of TK-PTKIB is set more by the Chairman of the TK-PTKIB.
Article 11 TK-PTKIB reported the results of implementation of TK-PTKIB to the President.
Chapter V article 12 FINANCING all the costs necessary for the implementation of TK-PTKIB and the implementation of the repatriation of the troubled Indonesia's labor and Keluargnya from Malaysia to Indonesia charged to the budget of the State Expenditures and Revenues.
CHAPTER VI CLOSING PROVISIONS Article 13 this presidential decree took effect on the date set.
