DECIDED:
., SETTING OUT: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE COORDINATION TEAM OF ERADICATION OF CRIMINAL CORRUPTION.
First: forming a Coordinating Team for the Eradication Of Corruption Corruption, which is next in the Presidential Decree called Tim Tastipikor, consisting of elements Prosecutor of the Republic of Indonesia, State Police of Indonesia and the Oversight Board Finance and Development, which carry out its duties in accordance with their respective functions and functions.
SECOND: The Tastipicor team in carrying out its function functions and its authority as referred to the First Diktum is below and is directly responsible to the President.
THIRD: The Tastipicor team is on duty:

SIXTH:

SEVENTH: Chairman Tim Tastipikor reported any development of his duties at any time to the President, and reported the results every 3 (three) months, with stews to the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, the Head of the State Police. EIGHTH: The Tastipicor Team ' s tenure is for 2 (two) years and can be extended if necessary.
NINTH: All costs necessary for the implementation of the task of Team Tastipikor are charged to the Budget and Shopping Budget State Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, which is managed and accounted for specifically by the Team Tastipicor.
TENTH: The President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
