. .5. The Presidential Decree No. 10 of 2005 on the Unit of Organization and Duty of Eselon I Ministry of State of the Republic of Indonesia as amended by the Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2005;

DECIDED:

.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 10 OF 2005 ON THE UNIT OF ORGANIZATION AND DUTIES OF ESELON I MINISTRY OF STATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

Section 1
Some provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 10 of 2005 on Unit of Organization and Duty of Eselon I Ministry of State of the Republic of Indonesia which have been amended by Presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2005, are amended as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 15 are changed, so it reads as follows:

" Article 15
The Finance Department consists of:
a. General Secretariat;
B. Directorate General of Budget and Financial Balance;
C. Directorate General of Tax;
D. Directorate General of Customs and Excise;
e. Treasury General Directorate;
f. Directorate General of Pidebt and State Lelang;
G. Inspectorate General;
h. Capital Market Supervisors and Financial Instituts;
i. International Board of Economic Studies, Finance, and International Cooperation;
J. Financial Education and Training Agency;
No, Expert Staff. "

2. The provisions of Article 16 are changed, so it reads as follows:

" Article 16
.,, (1) The General Secretariat has the task of carrying out the coordination of the execution of tasks as well as the coaching and granting of Department administration support
., (2) The Directorate General of Budget and Financial Balance has the task of formulating and executing technical policies and standardization in the areas of fiscal policy, state income and spending budget as well as financial rebalancing.
., (3) The Directorate General of Tax has the task of formulating as well as carrying out the policy and standardization of technical in the field of taxation.
.,, (4) the Directorate General of Customs and Excise General has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and standardization of technical in the fields of customs and excise.
.,, (5) The Directorate General of the Treasury has the task of formulating and executing the policy and standardization of technical in the field of the state treasury.
.,, (6) The Directorate General of PiDebt and Lelang Negara has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and standardization of technical in the field of state debt and state auctions.
.,, (7) The Inspectorate General has the task of carrying out oversight of the execution of tasks in the Department ' s environment.
.,, (8) Modal Market Supervising Board and Financial Institutions have the task of fostering, regulating, and supervising day-to-day activities in the areas of capital markets, and formulating as well as carrying out the policy and standardization of technical institutions in the field of financial institutions.
.,, (9) The Board of Economic Studies, Finance, and International Cooperation has the task of carrying out studies in the areas of economics, finance, and fiscal as well as conducting international cooperation.
.,, (10) The Board of Education and Financial Training has a duty of carrying out education and training in the financial field.
.,, (11) The Expert Staff has the task of giving the Minister of Finance a hand on certain issues according to the field of expertise, which is not the task force of the General Secretariat, the Directorate General, the Agency, and the Inspectorate of the General. "

3. The provisions of Article 41 are changed, so it reads as follows:

" Article 41
The Religious Department is made up of:
a. General Secretariat;
B. Directorate General of Islamic Education;
C. Directorate General of Guidance of the Islamic Society;
D. Directorate General of Guidance of Christian Society;
e. Directorate General of the Guidance of the Catholic Society;
f. Directorate General of the Guidance of the Hindu Society;
G. Directorate General of Guidance of the Buddhist Society;
h. Directorate General of Hajj and Umrah;
i. Inspectorate General;
J. Body of Research and Development as well as Education and Training;

4. The provisions of Article 42 are changed, so it reads as follows:

.,, (4) The Directorate General of Guidance of the Christian Society has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and standardization of technical in the field of guidance of the Christian community.
.,, (5) The Catholic Directorate General of Public Guidance has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and technical standardization in the field of Catholic community guidance.
.,, (6) The Hindu Directorate General of Public Guidance has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and technical standardization in the field of Hindu guidance.
.,, (7) The Buddhist Directorate General of Public Guidance has the task of formulating and carrying out technical policies and standardization in the field of Buddhist guidance.
.,, (8) The Directorate General of Hajj and Umrah has the task of formulating and carrying out the policy and standardization of technical in the areas of Hajj and umrah.
.,, (9) The Inspectorate General has the task of carrying out oversight of the execution of tasks in the Department ' s environment.
.,, (10) The Research and Development and Education and Training Agency has the task of carrying out research and development as well as education and training in the religious field.
.,, (11) The Expert Staff has the task of giving the Minister of Religious Affairs regarding the particular issue according to the field of expertise, which is not the task force of the General Secretariat, the Directorate General, the Agency, and the Inspectorate General. "

. .5. The Seventh Part, the provisions of Article 59 and the provisions of Article 60 are amended, thus beeping as follows:

National Development Planning Ministry of State


Section 59
The Ministry of National Development Planning is made up of:
a. Ministry of State Secretariat;
B. Expert Staff.

Section 60
