DECIDED:.,, define: PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION on CHANGES in BOTH TOP PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION No. 10 in 2005 ABOUT the TASK and ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT ECHELONS I MINISTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA.
Article I some provisions in the regulations President number 10 of 2005 about the Task and Organizational Unit Echelons I Ministries of the Republic of Indonesia which has been modified with the presidential Regulation No. 15 of 2005, amended as follows: 1. The provision of article 15, so that it reads as follows: "article 3 Department of Finance consists of: a. the General Secretariat;

b. the Directorate General budget and Finance Equalization;

c. the Directorate General of taxes;

d. the Directorate General of customs and Excise;

e. the Directorate General of the Treasury;

f. Directorate of accounts receivable and auction State;

g. General Inspectorate;

h. for capital market Supervisory Agency and the financial institutions;

i. Agency study of the economy, finance, and international cooperation;

j. Financial education and training Agency;

k. Staff experts. "

2. The provisions of article 16, to read as follows: "article 16.,, (1) the General Secretariat has the task of implementing the coordination of the implementation of the tasks as well as coaching and administering administrative support department.
.,, (2) the Directorate-General of budget and Finance has a duty Ratiocination to formulate and implement policies and technical standards in the field of fiscal policy, budgetary revenue and expenditures of the State as well as the financial equalization.
.,, (3) the Directorate General of Taxes has the task of formulating and implementing the policies and technical standards in the field of taxation.

.,, (8) the capital market Supervisory Agency and the financial institutions have the task of fostering, organize, and oversee the daily activities in the field of capital market, and to formulate and implement policies and technical standards in the field of financial institutions.
.,, (9) the agency study of the economy, finance, and international cooperation has the task of carrying out studies in the field of economic, financial, and fiscal as well as conducting international cooperation.
.,, (10) Financial education and training Agency has the task of implementing the education and training in the field of finance.
.,, (11) expert staff has the task of providing research to the Minister of finance regarding certain issues according to his craft, which is not a field into the field of the task of the Secretariat General, Directorate General, body, and Inspectorate generals. "

3. The provisions of article 41 is amended, to read as follows: "article 41 Department of Religion consists of: a. the General Secretariat;

b. Directorate of Islamic education;

e. the Catholic Community Guidance Directorate;

f. Guidance Directorate of the Hindu Society;

j. the Agency's research and development as well as education and training;

k. Staff experts. "

4. The provisions of article 42 was changed, so that it reads as follows: "article 42.,, (1) the General Secretariat has the task of implementing the coordination of the implementation of the tasks as well as coaching and administering administrative support department.
.,, (2) the Directorate-General of the Islamic education has the task of formulating and implementing the policies and technical standards in the field of Islamic education.
.,, (3) the Directorate General for guidance of the Islamic community has a duty to formulate and implement policies and technical standards in the field of guidance of the Islamic community.
.,, (4) the Directorate General for guidance of the Christian community has a duty to formulate and implement policies and technical standards in the field of guidance of the Christian community.
.,, (5) the Catholic Community Guidance Directorate has the task to formulate and implement policies in the field of technical standards and guidance of the Catholic community.
.,, (6) the Hindu Community Guidance Directorate has a duty to formulate and implement policies and technical standards in the field of Hindu community guidance.
.,, (7) Buddhist Society Guidance Directorate has a duty to formulate and implement policies and technical standards in the field of Buddhist community guidance.
.,, (8) the Directorate General of the Organization of the Hajj and Umrah has the task of formulating and implementing the policies and technical standards in the field of the Organization of the Hajj and umrah.
.,, (9) General Inspectorate has the task of carrying out the scrutiny against the execution of tasks in the Environment Department.
.,, (10) the Agency's research and development as well as training and education has the task of carrying out research and development as well as education and training in the field of religious affairs.
.,, (11) expert staff has the task of providing research to Minister of religious affairs on the issue of appropriate specific fields of expertise, who are not into the field of the task of the Secretariat General, Directorate General, body, and Inspectorate generals. 6. The provisions of article 67 amended to read as follows: "article 67.,, (1) the Ministry of State for national development planning in carrying out his duty of using organizational units and resources in an environment of national development planning board.

Article II this presidential Regulation comes into force on the date specified.
