CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this Government Regulation is:.,, 1. CHAPTER II ESTABLISHMENT of article 2 (1) the village was formed in the districts.

Article 13 the Community Institutions referred to in article 10 have a duty:.,, a. holding firm and practice of Pancasila, implement the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 as well as maintaining and keeping the integrity of the unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia; b. the partnership relationship with the various parties concerned;


c. keep all the legislation;

d. maintain the ethics and norms of social life; and, e.., help in the implementation of the activities of the Head of Government, and community development.

The third part activities of Civic Institutions have articles 14 activities: a. an increase in community service;

b. enhancement of community participation in development;

c. partnership development;., community empowerment, d. covering the areas of political, economic, cultural, social and environmental; and, e. the improvement of other activities according to needs and conditions of the local community.
Article 15 implementation of the activities referred to in Article 14 are managed by the institutions of the community through neighborhood development management system that is participatory.

Article 25 Coaching the provincial government as stipulated in article 11 paragraph (1) includes the following: a. set the financial aid from the provincial government;

b. facilitate the drafting of applicable local County/City;

c. conduct surveillance applicable local County/City;, d.., facilitate the existence of the unity of Community law, the customs, the customs institutions and their traditional rights in the implementation of the Government of the village;
., e., facilitate the implementation of the guidelines of the Administration, the Department of manuscripts and reporting; f. carry out certain education and training provincial scale;., g., reward for achievement of organizing provincial subdivisions of Government;

Article 27 technical Coaching and supervision Camat as stipulated in article 11 paragraph (2) includes the following: a. facilitating the administration of village governance;.,, b. facilitate the financial management and asset utilization of village area which is managed by the village; c. facilitating the implementation and enforcement of laws-the invitation;

d. facilitate the execution of the duties of head and the village;

e. facilitate the efforts of the Organization of the peace and public order;

f. facilitating the development of civic institutions;

g. facilitating participatory development;

h. facilitate neighborhood with third parties; and i. facilitate the implementation of neighborhood empowerment.

CHAPTER IX miscellaneous PROVISIONS Article 28 specifically for province of Jakarta because of its position as the capital of the Republic of Indonesia, the formation and organizational structure of the village civic institutions and regulated by regulation provinces.

CHAPTER X PROVISIONS COVER Article 29 All regulations governing implementation of the neighborhood and civic institutions that are contrary to government regulations is repealed and declared inapplicable.

Article 30 of the regulation area of Kabupaten/Kota or applicable local Special Province capital of Jakarta as the implementation of this Regulation set out the longest one (1) year since government regulation was enacted.
