.,, c. that the information and communication technology is able to encourage the creation of autonomy and increased national competitiveness;
.,, d. that development, development and utilization of information and communication technologies require concerted coordination and synergies and teratah of all stakeholders in its field;

EIGHTH: the costs necessary for the implementation of the National ICT Council duties charged on the State Budget at the Ministry of communications and informatics.
KESEMBlLAN: National ICT Council working period is valid for 3 (three) years since the establishment of this Presidential Decision and can be extended if necessary.
TENTH: further Provisions necessary for the implementation of the presidential decree was enacted by the Ministry of communications and Informatics.
ELEVENTH: with the enactment of presidential decree, Presidential Decree No. 9 of 2003 about the team, declared Indonesia Telematics Coordination does not apply.
TWELFTH: this presidential decree took effect on the date set.
