INTO THE COMPANY ' S SHARE CAPITAL PERSEROAN (PERSERO)
PT THE TRAIN INDUSTRY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in order to strengthen the application structure of the Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Industrial Railway, it is seen as necessary to expand the inclusion of capital of the Republic of Indonesia into the stock capital of Perseroan Company (Persero) PT Industries Train;
., b. that the addition of the inclusion of the State's capital comes from the State Budget and Shopping Budget Year 2006 as set forth in Law No. 14 of 2006 on Changes to the Act No. 13 of the Year 2005 on Budget and State Shopping of the 2006 Budget;
., c. that under consideration as referred to in the letter a and the letter b, need to establish the Government Regulation on Adding The Inclusion Of Capital Of The Republic Of Indonesia into the Modal Stock Company of Perseroan (Persero) PT Industries Train;

.,, Setting: A GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE ADDITION OF THE INCLUSION OF CAPITAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA INTO THE STOCK CAPITAL OF THE COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) PT OF THE RAILWAY INDUSTRY.
BAB I
THE COUNTRY ' S CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 1
The State of the Republic of Indonesia did the addition of capital inclusion into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Industry Railway established under Government Regulation No. 52 of 2002.
Section 2
.,, (1) The addition of the inclusion of the State capital as referred to in Article 1 comes from the State Budget of Revenue and Spending Year of the Budget Year of 2006.
.,, (2) The value of the inclusion of a State capital inclusion as referred to in paragraph (1) of Rp40.000.000.00 (forty billion rupiah).

IMPLEMENTATION OF ADDITIONS
THE COUNTRY ' S CAPITAL INCLUSION
Section 3
The implementation of the addition of the inclusion of the State capital into the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (Persero) PT Industries The Railways as referred to in Article 1 conducted under the provisions of Act Number 1 of 1995, with regard to The provisions set forth in Law No. 19 of 2003, Government Regulation Number 41 of 2003, Government Regulation No. 44 of 2005 and other laws.
BAB III
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 4
The further provisions required for the implementation of the Regulation of the Government are governed by the Minister of Finance and the State Minister of the State of the State of the State of either sing-ourselves and together in accordance with their respective duties and authority.
Section 5
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
