., b. that in regards to the letter a and in order to improve the welfare and productivity of the work of the civil servants concerned as well as the waiting for the functional office of the Broadcast Engineer, Andalan Broadcast, and Sister-in-law Broadcasts in accordance with the provisions of the laws, it is viewed as necessary to arrange the Functional Office Allowance of the Broadcast Engineer, the mainstay of the Broadcast, and the Broadcast Sister with the Presidential Regulation;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE BENEFITS OF BROADCAST TECHNICIANS, BROADCAST MAINSTAYS, AND BROADCAST LIEARAS.
Section 1
In this Presidential Regulation, which is referred to:
., 1. Broadcast Technician Functional Job Allowance, which is further called the Broadcast Technician's allowance is a functional office allowance given to a Civil Service employee who is appointed and fully assigned in the Functional Office. Broadcast Engineer in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
., 2. Broadcast Reliability, which is then called the Broadcast Mainstay Allowance is a functional office allowance given to a Civil Service employee who is appointed and assigned in full in the Functional Office. Broadcast mainstays in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
., 3. Broadcast Addictive Functional Office Allowance, which is further referred to as the Broadcast Sister Improvement is a functional office allowance given to the Civil Servants appointed and assigned in full in Functional Office. Broadcasts in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 2
To civil servants who are appointed and fully commissioned in the Functional Office of Broadcast Technicians, Andalan Broadcasting, and Broadcast Brothers, provided the Broadcast Engineer's allowance, Andalan Broadcasting, and the Broadcast Sister each month.
Section 3
The magnitude of the Broadcast Engineer allowance, Andalan Broadcast, and Broadcast Sister as referred to in Article 2 is as set forth in Annex I, Annex II, and Annex III of this President's Rule.
Section 4
.,, (1) The allowance of the broadcast engineer, the mainstay of the Broadcast, and the Broadcast Sister, as referred to in Article 3, were given the beginning of 1 January 2006.
.,, (2) Since the start date of the allowance as referred to in paragraph (1), for Civil Servants who have received a functional office allowance based on the provisions of the laws, to him only be given the difference Broadcast technician benefits, you're broadcast, and sister broadcasts based on this President's Regulation with the amount of functional office benefits he has received until given the broadcast of the Broadcast Engineer, Andalan Broadcast, And the broadcast sister is based on the President's Rules.
Section 5
Broadcast Engineer's allowance, Andalan Broadcast, and Broadcast Sister, terminated if Civil Servants as referred to in Section 2, are appointed in structural or other functional positions or because of other results. Allowance is terminated in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 6
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Head of the State Governing Body, both jointly and individually according to the field of their respective duties.
Section 7
With the enactment of the Presidential Regulation, the Presidential Decree No. 60 of 1995 on the Improvement Technician's improvement, the Andalan of the Broadcast, and the Broadcast Sister, revoked and stated do not apply.
Section 8
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
