THE 2005 BUDGET YEAR
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that with the Presidential Regulation No. 29 of 2005 on the Details of the Central Government Shopping Budget Year 2005, it has set the Details of the Central Government Shopping Budget of 2005 as mandated in section 7 of the paragraph (2) of the Act. Number 36 in 2004 on the State Budget and State Shopping Budget 2005 as amended in the last few times with Law Number 9 of 2005;
., b. that with the change of Law Number 36 of 2004, there has been a change in the Details of the Central Government Shopping Budget of the Year 2005 Budget;
., c. that based on consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 29 of 2005 on the Details of the Central Government Shopping Budget Year 2005;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION ON THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S 29-YEAR-2005 PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE DETAILS OF THE 2005 CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SPENDING BUDGET 2005.
Section 1
The provisions of Article 1 in the Presidential Regulation No. 29 of 2005 on the Details of the Central Government Shopping Budget Year 2005 were changed, so it reads as follows:

., (1) The Central Government Shopping Budget as referred to in Article 7 of the paragraph (2) of the Law Number 36 Year 2004 on the State Budget and Shopping Budget Year 2005 as amended on the last few times with Act Number 9 of the Year 2005, detailed according to the budget/unit unit, functions/sub functions, programs, activities, shopping types and locations.
., (2) The Central Government Shopping Budget details as referred to in paragraph (1) are set forth in this Presidential Regulation Attachment, consisting of:

., a., a. Central Government Shopping Budget details according to the budget/unit unit and the shopping type, as referred to in Annex I;
., b. Details of the Central Government Shopping Budget by function/subfunction and type of shopping, as referred to in Annex II;
., c. Details of the Central Government Shopping Budget according to the program, activities and types of shopping and Shopping Details of the Central Government according to the Ministry/Instituts, programs and types of shopping, as referred to in Annex III;
., d. Details of the Central Government Shopping Budget by location and type of shopping, as referred to in Annex IV. "
Section II
The President's rule came into effect on the designated date and has receded power since 25 October 2005.
